I installed 17 of these lights in my basement to replace old can lights. So far every light and junction box works exactly as described and I have not encountered any issues with flickering or inconsistent colors. The lights also do not get overly hot and stay at a pretty consistent temp while on. The build of the light itself feels sturdy and looks sleek. I personally installed all of my lights in mid-July 2024.I’m knocking off 1 star for three very minor reasons… 1. the junction box is on the smaller side and can be difficult to work in if you have larger hands.2. The ground wire in the junction box is not always attached in a very sturdy way and I did have two of the grounds snap off entirely when I was trying to connect wires inside the box.3. (This is just me being picky) but the lights only come with regular wire nuts. I had to go buy quick connectors separately.I still have 5 of these lights left over that I will install in other rooms around the house, and would definitely recommend to anybody looking to add low profile LED lights to their home.

These dimmable lights will save you money on your utility bill. They are durable and will definitely upgrade the appeal of your home. Replace your old lights with these and you will not regret it. No more dusting light fixtures, these are flush to the ceiling. When you have to paint, they pop out and you paint around the hole and pop them back in, no taping! No regrets!
