We have a large family and needed a larger rice cooker. This product was a great deal for a 16 cuprice cooker. It’s actually slightly smaller than our 10 cups rice cooker. Totally bummed! It’s nice looking but we need 16 cups which is how it is advertised. We didn’t use it but it’s very basic design. I’m giving the product five stars, false advertising zero stars.

I cook 4 cups everyday of rice, so decided to try this brand since I had try many other and they peel inside, I’m on my day 5 of using this, and haven’t experienced no peeling on the inside as of yet. While the outside of the pot is already starting to worn off a little it doesn’t interfere with the pot inside! Cook rice perfectly every single time, I ad a tap of oil and a pinch of salt. I doesn’t burn the rice and rice doesn’t stick to the bottom, cleaning is easy since is non stick and I was so impressed with the size because of the price I thought it was going to be in a smaller size. Very easy to used! As of now I recommend, I’ll update if my opinion change.

I am really enjoying the entire Bella line of appliances. I've never heard of this brand before and the rice cooker was the first thing that we bought from them. The rice cooker looks really nice and has a bunch of small design touches that I think are smart. For example, the cord wraps into the base and hides away, and it comes with a spatula and a measuring cup. The rice cooker does exactly that, cooks rice and it does it really quickly. Since the container is relatively large, you can cook a small amount or you can cook a pretty large amount quickly. The steamer basket is a nice addition, but I haven't used it yet. The ceramic nonstick coating I'm very interested to see how it wears. So far, it has kept the entire inside completely nonstick and it's super easy to clean. I hope that this holds up over time.

I looked at many rice cookers before purchasing this one. All the other rice cookers I researched had lots of reviews complaining that they boiled over and made a mess. The reviews on this one were good. It does a great job cooking the rice and is easy to clean. The rice does not stick to the pot and it hasn't boiled over. There are only two things I don't like. It does not have a bell/alarm to indicate when the rice has finished cooking. Our old rice cooker did and I really miss it. The other negative is that the top does not sit flush when I place it on the pot. I have to adjust it or pay close attention when I put it on. I can't figure out why the top doesn't fit securely when you first put it on. Other than those two issues, this is a really nice rice cooker. I hope it lasts a long time like our previous one. That one lasted for 32 years, but they don't make that brand anymore.

First of all when I followed all the directions after unpacking this item, I plugged it in, tried to use it for the first time it smoked, and then almost caught on fire. Then when I called the company, it took them a month and a half to get back to me just to tell me there’s nothing they can do after I sent them a video and everything of their product breaking so I’m not saying don’t buy their product find out for yourself. However their company communication is terrible

This guy is adorable and works beautifully all for a lil teeny price. Makes great rice, awesome steamer basket, and easy to clean!

Was definitely a great price! Works good and is very easy to use, just fill it and push down the button. Cooks fast and shuts itself off.
