I’m really pleased with this Cuckoo rice cooker. It’s reasonably priced and thoughtfully designed. The pressurized cooking function brings out a richer flavor in the rice, and the well-coated inner bowl makes cleanup a breeze. Although it’s larger than I expected, that was my own oversight—I didn’t double-check the dimensions before buying. Overall, it’s a fantastic cooker if you’re looking for a versatile appliance that delivers consistently delicious rice.

I really love this product. Fairly easier to clean than other products in the market. It is one of the most trustworthy brands in the market for a pressure cooker, especially for rice. I make tricky rice with the combination of brown rice, white rice, and lentil which tends to be quite dry if cooked on a stove top however, with this rice cooker, I always get very moist not dry at all deliciously perfectly cooked multigrain rice.

This rice cooker works really great and has lots of options. I usually use it for different types of rice and also for baby food. One thing I dislike is that buttons like touch screen are very sensitive.

I always wondered which rice cooker is better Japan or Korea? I have always had Zojirushi rice cooker, I have a white neuro fuzzy and a pressure-induction rice cooker. When I tried the Cuckoo, I was highly disappointed. The rice came out clumped together and had a greyish hue. It cooked the rice in less than 30 min, whereas my Zojirushi takes 1 hour. This is due to the Zojirushi soaking rice for 30 min. Using the Zojirushi with the same rice, it come out white and fluffy. The rice also just tasted bad, it was hard to break apart. Also when opening the rice cooker, the front legs lifts up making a thud noise. I also find that all the buttons on it makes it more complicated, the Zojirushi rice cooker is much more simpler and easy to use.

I’ve always thought what’s the big deal rice cookers all achieve the same thing. Wrong, this thing makes precision rice with impeccable texture that startles you. And the lazy mode where it keeps rice pretty good for a day while on warm is such a convenience. My wife loves rice and this cooker just makes her day.

I absolutely love this Cuckoo pressure rice cooker! It cooks rice incredibly fast and the quality is far superior to any other rice cooker I’ve used before. The rice comes out perfectly fluffy with a subtle, pleasant sweetness that I’ve never experienced with other cookers. Whether you’re cooking white rice, brown rice, or mixed grains, this cooker delivers consistent, delicious results every time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-quality rice cooker that makes meal prep a breeze!
