One earring came without a post. No way to return other than drive to staples an hour away or pay $6.99 when a product is defective?? What happened to free returns. My time and gas is not worth the effort but I am stuck with a broken product. Disappointed on quality control. There should be a free easy return for a defective product.

These look just as pictured. They work well for jewelry making and so far seem sturdy.
