Placed batteries on charger for 24 hours using a 15-watt adapter since no adapter was supplied with charger. Charger indicated that batteries were fully charge, but when placed on camera both were showing less than 5% life.Left charging on camera and battery charged fully in under 2 hours. Battery life seems to be good, but the charger is hot garbage. For the price, the batteries seem to be a decent deal, but just be prepared to throw the charger away.

Awesome batteries for a good price. They stick out much farther than my stock battery, however I can get almost 10 hours of use instead of 2.5 from the stock battery.

I only wish that these batteries/chargers were as available 12 years ago when I had my Sony mini DV camera. Even though the newer camcorders are mostly digital, they still consume the smaller OEM (stock) batteries pretty quickly.I purchased my camera from a PC recycle store with only one stock battery and no charger.As soon as I got home I began researching the camcorder itself here on Amazon only to discover a vast amount of links and accessories for it.I will say that this bundle consisting of two batteries along with a digital charger was probably one of the best investments I could have made.With a robust increase in "ON" time and the ability to switch to my stand-by battery in a matter of seconds, there is very little time lost during the change process.The digital charging platform also informs you of the state of charge of the battery, and being it is a lithium-ion battery, there is virtually NO memory to worry about attaching itself to the battery if you are pressed for time and need to interrupt the charging cycle.

I had to get 2 as the first one came with 2 batteries but one could not be charged.....2nd one seems ok
