The BARKLESS No-Pull Headcollar features two nylon straps, one sits behind the pet's ears and the other sits on the pet's nose. A matching leash attaches to the nose strap under the chin, stopping the pet from pulling.
This head halter for medium dogs stands apart from its competitors because it comes in chic and unique colors. The no-pull head collar for dogs comes in three sizes, a small version for smaller dogs and a medium version for medium dogs, and a large version for large to extra-large dogs.
The 4 ft dog lead with a head halter for dogs provides your pup room to investigate the world while discouraging pulling, tangling, or choking.

Acclimation time will vary for each dog.
Refrain from leaving the headcollar on your dog when unsupervised to avoid chew damage.
Headcollar is not a muzzle and will not prevent your pet from biting.

A1: How to make my dog accept the head collar easily?
Q1: Most dogs will resist the collar when it’s first put on. Reactions can range from rubbing their nose on the ground to using their paws to push the strap off. Some dogs simply lie down and refuse to move.
The best thing to do is create a positive association with the head halter. To help build a good association with the halter, try using treats to train the dog to assist you with putting it on. The dog will realize that positive thing happen when the collar is on and become more comfortable with it. Keep the dog’s head up while walking and use verbal praise and treats for good walking behavior.
Q2: Can I use another leash longer?
A2:We would not recommend using a longer leash with this head collar. A 4-foot leash is the recommended length, as this is best for training your dog using this training tool. If you would strongly prefer to use another leash, It should be no longer than 6 feet, and a standard leash. This head collar should not be used with leashes longer than 6 feet, bungee leashes, or retractable leashes.
Q3: Would this be good for a bulldog?
A: This head collar is not suitable for short-snout dogs, such as bulldogs and Chihuahuas.

The leash is WAY too small for ordering a large, if someone has a big dog they need a stronger leash, this leash is more suited to a rodent than a dog

Purchased for a golden retriever, it’s a little tight on him and he’s a slim golden. I do love the pattern. The leash isn’t very thick. We only use it in the house when we have guests to stop him from jumping/attention seeking

The nose part was too thick for my pup. She’s a St. Bernard and they have shorter snouts. The thick strap on the nose caused it to travel up to her eye and mad it uncomfortable. I gave 5 starts because of quality and cuteness

My dog likes this one much better than the others we have tried. He's a 70 lb. puppy and this makes going into pet stores and other high distraction areas a breeze. I think the cushion makes the most difference. I like the design much better than the solid colors. And it came with a matching leash! Overall I say this is a great buy

I tried to show a picture but it kept kicking me out of the review portion.It's not made with function in mind.It twisted and was very tight because of it. It definitely needs a design refurbish.

Very cute but it's happened twice within 15 uses now that the latch that clasps onto the collar somehow just disconnects! Very unnerving, and am very thankful that my dog isn't reactive or prone to bolting. If you're ok taking the risk, be aware as well that the leash length is quite short and unsuitable for larger dogs (or taller humans walking them).

My doodle has had issues in the past with head collars/gentle leaders. He always ends up with sores on either side of his face, I'm assuming they would rub because of his long fur. I wanted a leader that was thicker with cushioning to stop this happening. This one worked really well!The only complaint I have is that the mechanism for adjusting the length of the loop that his snout goes in does not hold very tightly, so I'm constantly having to adjust it

I have a 6 month old German Shepherd Dog who has started to pull on walks. We are nipping that behavior in the butt and this gentle leader is the BEST way to do it! It has worked wonders on our walks. Added bonus for being super cute and having a small amount of padding on the muzzle strap for the dog’s comfort. Once I got it fitted to her correctly, she couldn’t get it off, and we were walking with no pulling!

Didn't fit right on my Russian Shepherd. The straps twist in a very awkward position and look uncomfortable on my dog. Wouldn't recommend, because of the twisting issue

This is very pretty and has a nice cushion, but I have a Husky and he pulled himself right out of it. The clasp doesn't stay closed because I think the material is too slick.
