We bought this to give support to the trailer slide outs. Bought three pairs. They shipped fast, even for PR, sturdy, easy to install and decent price. Would definitely recommend.

These jacks are perfect for our super slide. We may not need them, but I really feel better knowing I have two jacks under the edge of my slide that sticks out almost two foot. It lessons stress, and stabilizes the slide out. They are easy to install and take up very little room.

I'd actually prefer to give this 4.5 stars, but it felt petty.Overall this functions exactly as claimed. They're very sturdy jacks that are easy to install, and it's significantly decreased the amount of rocking that my 33' travel trailer does when people move around. The thing that bothers me is this: Two packets of small screws came in the box. The directions don't mention screws ANYWHERE, and I couldn't figure out where they were supposed to go. I haven't had any issues yet, but when you've got steel jacks helping to support a 6,000 pound camper you really start worrying about missing screws.I will say this- the directions don't mention leveling the ground beneath the jacks, but it's pretty important. I got a shovel out, leveled the ground where the jacks rest, and put a 2x4 under the jack. It's much more snug and secure that way. DON'T put the jacks on uneven ground because you'd risk them shifting or bending.

Love these braces. Went under my camper fine and adjusted easily. No problems thus far. Helps support it and keeps it level, I set mine on a concrete pad to help hold it and keep the brace on a steady surface, I also think it will help keep it from sinking when on ground surface. Over all a good product. I also waited a few months to write this review so I would be more accurate.

I have a fifth wheel RV with three slides. I purchased one pair to see how they would work. I put them on my largest slide (living room/dining room) and like them well enough that I just ordered another pair for the second largest slide (the kitchen area). My third slide area is for the master bedroom closet which is to high and to small to consider a third pair or I would be buying a pair for that slide as well. They are easy enough to operate and there is a noticeable difference in the amount of movement (or in this case; non movement) in the RV. RECOMMENDED.

Four stars instead of five because, while this is a great idea, it was engineered and manufactured with some short-comings. First, there are three basic settings for the shafts to sit in, namely all the way down, approximately midway up, and the top, which is so high (less than an inch from the top of the shaft) the inside shaft could easily twist or sway and the little tip that stops in the slots cut into the outside tube could (and did) come lose with our simulated wind torque and crash all the way to the bottom, instantly placing a great strain on your slide outs.(I would imagine they made it so short so it would fit down the corner of the outside shaft without springs behind the button.) Second, the bottom and top plates are a tad flimsy. IMHO they should be either 3/16" or a 1/4" plate. Lastly, the little bar that goes through the shafts and is turned to lower or raise the top plate would be better served by a large nut affixed to the threaded bolt which raises or lowers the top. (If you were turning it and the little button slipped inside the groove, you could seriously injure your hand. I set mine in the bottom setting, and raise it on 4"x4"x16" blocks before adjusting. It definitely reduces the sway and bounce inside the travel trailer!

We were really disappointed because we bought two pairs and one of the pairs was a repackage that had the tops badly bent. The two boxes were packaged inside another box and it must have been very obvious to the packer that one set was damage because the box was badly damaged and the top of one support could be seen and was bent. When we opened the box both top pieces that support the slide-out track were quite bent and knocked about. The other set was in excellent condition. We fitted the undamaged set and they worked very well and stabilized the movement of the slide-out and the fifth wheel. We were going to return the damaged set but they are tremendously heavy and we decided to see if we could hammer the tops back into shape., which we eventually did but not anywhere as good as the good set. They were so badly out of shape that we could not fit them under the support track and get them to stand upright. We are using them and they seem to be holding the slide-out steady but we are not sure how long they will last. We are snowbirds from Florida and live in our fifth wheel in Michigan for 5 months during the summer. They have definitely steadied the fifth-wheel and we feel better that our large slide-outs have something under them to support them, especially if we have heavy visitors sitting on our chairs.

Worth every penny. Why has it taken me so long to makes this upgrade, they take a lot of the side-to-side sway out of the living area on my 5th Wheel. They also help support the slides. These supports are up to the task, carefully manufactured, and strong, with a good base, and top that fits under the slide rails. Recommended.
