First thing, the product came with no insturctions, pretty intuitive to put together but silly not to have insructions. There are two layers, on layer is slightly bigger than the other and has curved edges. That is the top.the product is smaller than i expected. It would not be safe to use unless screwed into the floor. for those with a gym in the basement or garage with concrete floors that is difficult. I made a platform using 2z4 wood with "outriggers" that stick out to prevent tipping over. With that its holding with barbells in all nine slots. With the platform in place it holds nine barbells and dumbbells upright, getting them off the floor and saving me a lot of space.

The holder was fine for a standard barbell, but tipped over when attempting to store a specialty bar (safety squat bar; trap bar)

Unit is not heavy or stable enough. Lines to tip over. I might try adding extensions in the corners, but then it takes up that much more space. Back to storing my bars in the corner of the wall.

I feel like there are better designs around if you want a bolt-less storage rack. This rack probably works fine if you're going to bolt/screw it anyway, but as I do not, I can't really recommend this product. I'm putting a 4 star review simply because this isn't a bad product per se and the metal gauge seems thick enough to withstand your typical usage scenario, but it's definitely not for everyone. Also, I'm really not convinced you can fill all 9 holes if it's limited to 200 pounds. I don't have enough bars to test it, but keep that in mind.
