The ball pads worked great, but the heel pads didn't stick as well. The area I was trying to use them was felt / velvety though so that's understandable. But I'm not usually a high heel girl and the ball pads made it possible to wear for much longer than I would've without them

Perfect, these inserts are soft and give just enough cushion to make uncomfortable shoes wearable all day! Keep my feet from sliding forward without being bulky. I love the nude color, which blends in to the shoe bed and doesn't show with sandals. The adhesive is very sticky and stays put, just as you'd expect. Must be careful to place in the right spot, I don't think it would stick as well if removed.

This Ball of Foot Cushions are different than the regular ones. It is made of special material like cotton that is soft but anti-slippery.There are many different sizes of dots on the upper side. So that it can prevent slippery from blisters. There is self-sticky on the lower side. Sothst it can be sticky on the sole of shoes. It works

I need to purchase a set of high heel insert pads for support while walking. These heel support pads are lovely. I could not be more pleased with my purchase. I added the clear Metatarsal Pads to a pair of my flat Scetchers Bob's sneakers and was so stoked at the amount of cushioning they added to the forefoot. I love that the entire bottom of the pad has adhesive so it stays put in my shoes as well. They stuck onto the cloth footbed of the sneakers with no problem, but getting them in the right spot was tricky. You also get 3 "T" shaped clear pads to add to your shoes as well but I haven't figured out how to use them yet. All of the pads are clear so you can add them to sandals if you want. I'd recommend these sweet forefoot pads.

These foot pads are fantastic. The set comes with both the metatarsal and the heel pads. I haven't had heel pads this good before. They have a portion that goes under the heel which is attached to the usual portion that sits against the back of the heel. This means that the back of the heel part stays in place very well and having extra cushioning under my heel feels great, too. You get three pairs of each type of pad in this box.The foot pads are very soft and cushiony. They make my shoes feel custom made. They are very comfortable and they're easy to put in. They have adhesive backing and all you have to do is press them into place. It is fiddly to get metatarsal pads into place but that is always going to be the case because the toe box is a tight space. These pads can be placed and pulled up a few times without losing much adhesion power so you can try more than once to get the placement right.These are really good quality pads. I'm very impressed.
