This flap has a magnetic closure to help keep your home protected from the outdoors and replacing it is a quick and easy installation project. The only tool you need is a screwdriver. Dimensions for the large size flap are 10 1/8 in x 16 7/8 in. It includes 5 holes at the top of the flap for adjustment.

Perfect door stopper replacement, it is more flexible, better quality and seals better than the original one. Works great.

Part fits perfect but a little over priced considering these don't hold up in cold weather. They crack right in to. We've had to replace it twice in less than a year. We have a small dog and it's not overly used. We recommend not using it if temperatures are below freezing. Magnet strength is extremely strong and install was okay.

Perfect replacement flaps for our Baboni Pet Door. I don't need them yet. The original flaps are still working fine after 18 months, but i wanted a replacement set for the future.

Easy install. My original one tore after a couple years, so this was exactly what I needed. Effective and creates a good seal to keep the wind and whatnot out.

The flap is just barely too wide to swing freely and my pets stopped using the door. I'll have to carefully trim 1/8" off one side to make it work. Also, the magnetic bottom isn't flush with the frame. It's slightly bent/bowed. Otherwise good replacement.

I have two very active dogs running into the backyard from the laundry room door, so I have to replace the flap once a year or as needed. The last time I purchased the Pet Safe flap, which what was on it.It came with a plastic bar piece up inside the gap that the flap is attached to. This piece broke and is not offered for replacement???When I installed the new Pet Safe flap without that plastic bar it hung too low. So, I took the plastic bar to Lowes and found a cubed dowel rod and screwed it in using 6-32 x 1-inch, flat head, stainless steel screws, flat washers, and nuts. Stainless steel doesn't rust.It was a huge pain trying to get everything lined up, but it worked...until the flap eventually wore out from use and I had to take it all off.Cold windy winter day, sitting on a step stool in front of the door. Not fun.I decided to try this Baboni brand, medium flap. PERFECT FIT out of the box, without having to use the dowel rod. It seals perfectly!!!I did reinforce the top of the flap using black Gorilla tape over the screw holes, making sure to poke a toothpick thru one side before folding the tape over (so I'd know where the mounting holes were)I used my same stainless steel screws, washers and nuts again instead of their tiny small screws. What are they supposed to attach to? A bar? Not sure since this isn't a Baboni door. I should Youtube it. LolAnyway, assembly was much easier with the new Baboni flap.On the inside of the door goes a flat washer, the screw, then reach around and add the flap to the backside, (on the outside) and another flat washer, then the nut.All my hardware is stainless steel since it's exposed to outside weather.I could have used a shorter screw, maybe 3/4. But you can use a white nylon spacer before adding the nut if you use a longer screw and you can use a stainless acorn cap for weather protection too if desired.I have a kit with various lengths of screws, so there's options.I'm really thrilled with how well this flap sealed, no gaps, and the magnet hits perfect on the bottom to seal whether they are running in or out. I wiped the bottom of my door frame with rubbing alcohol to clean.I've have already ordered an extra Baboni flap as back-up for when this wears out.The PS brand flap costs $26, but the Baboni is $15 and seals much better. The same size dimensions are listed on both brands, but the four holes may be cut differently. Baboni holes are horizontal.I'll update when I replace this flap to see how long it lasts.
