Battery prongs quickly bent..can't fix and no replacement batteries available. I was really enjoying the vest daily working in a warehouse..until I wasnt:( just a bad design for something yiy have to remove daily to charge

For the price, this vest is great. The battery has lasted for up to five hours in a Northeast winter. I like that you can clean it with a cloth and that it can be squished down to fit in my purse. The button also requires you to hold it for a second or two before activating, which is great because it prevents you from brushing up against something and accidentally turning it off.Some considerations:The battery needs to store a lot of energy so it is very slow to charge, often taking 4+ hours. I got a second battery so I can swap them out.I ordered a medium, but since I usually wear a thick sweater underneath, it might have been better to order a large. Consider ordering up a size.While this vest is great for the price, it doesn't heat evenly. I've noticed that the neck/upper back area remains the hottest. It's not a big deal for most people, but my autistic brother hates it.

This jacket I brought for my wife for Christmas, as a few days later it was very cold. She used this jacket and she was very pleased. When she wore this jacket, she was very warm as she doesn’t like the cold. Her neck her stomach and her back were warm. The heating speed was very instant. This brand also sent a charger. There are three modes, red being the highest mode can be used for 4 hours, blue can be used for 6-8 hours and green can be used for 9+ hours. When you’re done with the charger, you can replace it with another charger of any brand. This is also very easy to clean but it cannot be put in the drier. So this is a very good thermal jacket. I recommend for everyone to buy.

This vest fits snug, and was almost too tight around the hips, with just a tshirt & leggings on underneath. The front pockets heat up, which is nice for stuffing your hands in to keep warm. There is also a heated spot on the upper back and the back of the neck. It'd be better to have another area on the chest though! It came with a 70% charge, in a nice travel bag. It heats up quickly, but the highest setting doesn't last more than 3 hours. The heat level button is conveniently located on the lower right, with 3 temperature settings. The battery sits in its own little zippered pocket also on the right. The zippers seem to be good quality. The vest fits comfortably and doesn't restrict movement. The instructions are printed inside the vest, as well as on a printed pamphlet.
