Arrived without a battery pack. So I purchased one with the same specs and the vest wouldn’t sync up. Tried the battery pack on another heated vest and the battery pack worked. The vest also came as though it was used with just the vest in the box. Dry weird. Maybe I got a returned vest but frustrated I waited a week for it and it didn’t work out. Returning again.

Got this for Christmas (I picked it myself), after researching heated vests. So far I'm very happy with the fit, warmth, and appearance. I like that the neck has a little notch in the front center so the vest doesn't poke my neck like many jackets do.

This was great for my job. I sit in a large lobby with an exterior door so we get exposure to the weather (extreme cold) from time to time. This is perfect for the days when the temps outside get just a bit too chilly! Also, it’s great for my arthritis on the low settings. It’s a nice soothing heat.

So this was my first time wearing the vest.Pros: Fashionable and slightly form fitting. Lots of compliments on the look.Cons: Fully charged on the lowest setting it lasted 4hrs.. the zippers get stuck on themselves frequently and the battery is pretty heavyOver all.. spend a little more and get something that lasts longer

For the most part, this heated vest fits my needs. Easy to use, excellent heat levels. I purchased to use layering with clothes for 'winter' time in northern Florida.Pros:-Lightweight material, won't weigh you down when layering, (other than the battery pack.)-Stain & Spill resistant, easy to wipe clean.-Three heating levels and Two heating zones help create a comfortable warmth. I especially like that this vest has a heated 'neck' which many others didn't seem to have. You can fluxuate between having the front heat, back heat, or both on.-Fits snug, (pro & con, depending on your heating needs). Snugger fit helps maintain heat in desired areas.Cons:-The battery pack in the left pocket gets a little heavy & cumbersome, makes me feel 'lop-sided' after wearing for awhile. Just part of the design so not much I can do to fix that. I purchased a few other 'slimmer' battery packs that I can easily swap out when they die. Not a big deal, just a little extra investment for comfort.-Cheap, sharp zippers all over. In my opinion, the biggest flaw is the zippers. The pockets have zippers, which I find very irritating to use. When unzipped, the vest has caught on and snagged so many pieces of clothing, long-sleeved blouses, scarves, blankets etc. DO NOT wear anything crocheted, laced, or anything with small holes or gaps in the fabric, it will snag & rip.-Annoying to try to zip closed. I ordered a size small. While the vest is a little on the longer side, it is tight trying to zip over my chest, while still pretty loose in the armholes, (I'm more petite build, 4'11", 120lbs, B-cup.) Tougher to zip with any type of layering.-The on/off buttons are on the lower left of the vest. This makes it difficult to toggle through heat settings & when layered up, it's tough to see the buttons. Also, if you do any bending, sitting in a car, anything where your torso is pressed into, the buttons tend to just push themselves on & off.Overall it works for my needs. I will only use it maybe a couple months out of the year, in a temperate zone. Tough to say how it would hold up in a colder, winter climate. The zippers are a major flaw to me, if it weren't for them snagging on everything it would be a better product.Another side note- I originally ordered vest in a small & received a Medium/Large. It arrived, apparently in used condition & without the battery pack. They promptly sent me the correct item once I reached out, but just something to be aware of when ordering.
