Product instructions are very poorly written. Either I couldn't figure out how to make it work, or it doesn't work. Also, the size isn't consistent with normal garments. Much smaller. NOT RETURNABLE.

I really wanted to give this vest a 5 star review, but alas I can not. First and foremost I really like the fit, design and ease of use of this vest. I was very surprised by the design and comfort of the fabric. The zippers work well and you have more than enough pockets. The vest fits true to size with enough space for a base layer. The battery life is good even on cold days and it charges well.I took my time writing this review to make sure the problems I was having were not just sporadic. In the end I can not give the vest high ratings for the heating function, its main purpose. Overall the heating zones do not all have the same level for heat and it seems to only have one level of warmth. I found the neck and stomach to be stronger than the back and chest. I have tried the vest in fahrenheit temperatures in the high thirties down to temperatures in the high teens and I even just tried wearing it around the house. What I found was that only the highest of settings emitted heat and in some cases I could not even tell if it was on. I enjoy the winter, especially skiing, hiking and snowshoeing. Help staying warm was my main purpose for purchasing the vest and on that level it does not perform. While it is possible that there may be a defect in my vest and I waited too long to do anything about it. At the price point of $179.99 even though it is a comfortable vest, with some heat, I can not recommend it.

I love my vest. I have a lot of windows in my office and it gets very cold during the winter months. The vest has kept me very comfortable.

Bought this for my sister. She has no thermal regulatory system due to extensive chemo. This vest is a lifesaver for her! She wears it all day, every day. It is very comfortable. She loves that the outside is Sherpa. The battery life is pretty good. She has it on low most of the time, I feel it is good value for the money. The only thing I wish it had was a different battery. This one is harder to replace because it has a different plug in for the vest. I would still purchase it again.

This was purchased for my mother (74) who runs cold these days.. It’s spotty and stylish too! She loves the warmth it provides and wears it around the house , running errands and all the outdoor sports events for her grandkids! The battery life has held up and quality, zipper and fit she is very satisfied with! It was a great surprise gift and adds so much value for the money.

I bought this for my friend who is always cold, especially when taking early morning doggy walks. She doesn’t like this vest, SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVES THIS VEST!! She still thanks me everyday for the beautiful gift of warmth I gave her.

This was a nice vest. It warms up very quickly and in perfect areas. The material is soft and keeps you super warm. Can wear indoors and looks ok. Battery lasts a good amount of time and charges quickly.
