Excellent thing, works from the battery for about a month, can be connected to the network. easy to set up. I recommend watering by soil moisture, watering by timer requires you to monitor the soil moisture for a longer period of time and adjust the watering settings. negative: there is no plug or straight adapter in the kit in case the tube was cut incorrectly.

The system does a great job at water plants using a custom schedule that’s easy to set. The water pump is pretty strong to support multiple tubes for multiple plants. There was a generous amount of tubing provided that’s easy to cut to size and easy to attach the valves. The humidity sensor seemed to work pretty well too.The instructions could’ve have been more detailed, however. For example, what the anti-siphon is for? I had to Google that it’s used to make sure the water flows in only 1 direction.Overall it’s a good product and relatively easy to setup and use. It definitely gives me peace of mind that my plants’ thirsts will be quenched while I’m on vacation.

I bought this because I was going on 3 weeks vacation. The device kept my plants alive and well. I find the humidity mode helpful, which use a sensor to monitor the soil moisture and will stop watering when it is wet enough. This means I don't have to try and guess which watering duration works.I also like the package include plenty of plastic tubing, which was enough to cover a dozen of plants. I would highly recommend this product.

Easy system to operate ,can’t adjust the flow of water though once it’s on would be good to have had drippers at the ends to regulate water for different plants .

The programming takes a bit of fiddling around (maybe it's me, but between the instructions and the design of the contraption, it took me a few tries before the humidity detection thing appeared to work). I first did a try with minimal use to make sure I could return it in case it did not do what it was supposed to: cut 1 foot of tubing for the input, cut another foot for connecting the anti-siphon component, and then attached the rest to drip into a bowl.My surprise, at this point, is how fast it pumps: I am not sure if this is because there was no "dripping" component attached to real plants or what, but it empties a mug of water in a matter of seconds. This is not necessarily a good thing, but it is not necessarily bad either (a strong pump means it can divert the water into more plants, I am guessing, and this is a common complaint for these systems). I will try to update when my system is operational.

It seems like a great product, generous amount of tubing is fantastic and the digital control is sturdy and easy enough to to figure out. However, when I set it up it had a tendency to leak from the tube connections. I had to watch a lot of customer videos, google etc to figure out if I was doing something wrong or not and it seems it had something to do with the "syphon" needed to be at a certain height vs the pump and water source. In my research I also learned that the battery life is maybe less than 3 weeks but it can be left plugged in a power source resolve that issue... But over all, I didn't have the confidence to keep it and go out of town for 4 weeks or more ( as I have to for work) because the manual and instructions were not clear on these issues. I had to spend a lot of time on my own figure it out, without a good enough written or video manual, kind of annoying. So even with the leaking issue I had, I wonder if I'm doing it wrong, since the instructions and video that come with the product are lacking in info and could use more detail. My recommendation to the manufacturer is to really increase the amount of detail in the user manual about how to set up, battery life, workarounds, etc

The Controller has a "solid" feel with a large bright screen that is easy to read, and the individual positions of the Programming knob are clearly identified.The supplied tubing is high quality, similar to clear surgical tubing that is super flexible (this is the GOOD stuff, NOT the cheap stiff tubing that is a pain to work with). You can laugh, but to me, this tubing is what really clinched that the manufacturer was not cutting corners on anything.Assembly was simple, the tubing cut easily with scissors, and the black plastic fittings were easy to insert thanks to the pliable nature of the tubing. Another nice detail was the inclusion of a weight to assure the water supply line stayed submerged in the bucket.Programming was straight-forward and intuitive, and I was able to read the instructions and program a watering schedule in less than 10 minutes.

I bought this for my balcony gardening. Setup was easy, and there was plenty of tubing, connectors, and filling spikes for 15 plants. The problem was getting the pump unit to work as advertised. I had set it up as a test to run for 10 minutes every 12 hours, connected to a full bucket of water. When I returned to check on the plants it12 hour later, the pump had started and run so long it had emptied the full bucket of water !, and flooded all the plant pots it was connected to! major setback! also I don't see the humidity accessory is working. can the supplier advice how this can be fixed urgently ? do I need to replace the equipment?

This watering system was very easy to set up and came with enough parts for me to water my 6 indoor plants. Some of my plants required more water than others so to solve this problem, you just place more watering heads in the pot of the plant that needs more water.The setup instructions could be a little more detailed - for example, why is the anti-siphon piece is necessary and how/where it should be placed - does it have to remain submerged at all times? Is it ok if rests at the bottom of the water container?.I ran into some issues because I thought that running the system manually would run the program when I ran it in manual mode. Instead, in manual mode the system runs until you manually turn it off. I walked away and came back 2 hours later to find the system still running and water all over the floor.Also, I used a big lobster pot to hold the water and placed the lid on the pot, but I guess I put it on too close to the tubing and it pinched the tubing. With the tubing pinched, the plants didn't get watered when it ran the program. The tubing is pretty soft, so if you put a lid on your water vessel, make sure it doesn't touch the tubing at all.Lessons learned, but I still think this is a great system and perfect for keeping your house plants watered if you're going to be away for any extended length of time.
