I used it to set up a timer with the outside faucet for my outdoor flowers, I didn’t want the irrigation system from the house to be the ones taking care of the plants since I live in Texas so some of the flowers I had in the backyard required different amount of water and at different times and this solved the issue I was having, I’m extremely pleased! Setting it up is easy as well just real the instructions carefully and follow step by step! Do not free style this one.

I have raised beds, waist high, because of my age. I use to have to sit out there every night watering! Not anymore!! This is great and my son, who put it in for me, praised how easy it was to do. Set it to come on every morning at 8 and water for 6 minutes, every bed at the same time. Fantastic! My son is getting one for his wife's flowers.

Components themselves looked and felt like decent quality, but the adjustable sray sprinkler nozzles, kept changing spray rates after every water cycle. With no prior experience using drip,sprinkler irrigation, my own gut feeling thinks that, since the adjustment knobs are plastic on plastic, the changing of water pressure against the plastic, causes them to turn, with the expansion/contraction caused by abrupt water pressure changes. Also, the 1/2' to 1/4" breakout adapters leaked at the 1/2" butted connections, on occasion. Just a simple retwist, on the tightening knobs (at max tightness), stopped, but they releak, occasionally. At least the controller has performed admirably, contrary to other reviewers. LUCKY?

We’re watering a half dozen window boxes with two emitters each. There’s plenty of parts left over to do much more. I am glad I ordered the expansion pack with extra tubing though. Bear in mind that these tubes are sized by OD, rather than ID like most plumbing.

After 3 months, it just stopped working. Tried resetting. Doesn't even turn on manually. Knowing my money was gone, I opened it up to see if it was possible to fix being a tech for 45 years and was shocked to see how it was built. Would be good to insulate the wires being a water environment. Corrosion on the timer board. Buy somthing else.

Easy setup. Was just enough equipment for my 12'x14' garden. 3 rows tomatoes, 1 row okra, 2 rows green beans, 1 row cucumbers, 1 row cantaloupes and two boxes (1 potatoes and 1 beets). Timer was a plus, it easily accommodates watering my garden and extra water hose for my husband to wash the car without having to disconnect them every time.

PRICE - for the function, the amount of tubing and the number parts, I thought this was very reasonable (BUT SEE LONGEVITY)INSTALLATION - Straightforward to start with. I would suggest planning out where you put the stakes first, then having along tubing reach up until the last stake, following the ideal course of the tubing. Then cut the tubing closest to the location of each stake. You may have to do adjustments, and that can be remedied by shortening or elongating the tubing going to the individual stakeUSE - When I first installed this, it worked really great. There were limitations on how many series of stakes you can use. At the 8th stake, the pressure was non-existent so I had to modify a few things, and to me that was understandable, but bear this in mind so you don't put in too much stake on each series. I have not tried putting them in parallel but I imagine that would greatly diminish the pressure. The machine was very straightforward to use, and simple. You can only do it on increments of hours though (every 12 hours, every 8 hours etc... you cannot adjust it and make it turn on at 8 am and the next one at 5 pm)LONGEVITY - I had only gotten 3.5 months out of this until the machine stopped working. It would still turn on, but it would not let me adjust the controls any more and it stopped irrigating AT ALL. My plants gave out because (this part is my fault) I noticed this a few days later. I understand that you get what you pay for, but honestly, I was expecting to get at least a year out of this. I will have to be looking at other systems, unfortunately

Great product for the price, easy to install and works well to water my raised garden. My only negative is that the sprinklers dont sprinkle, they only drip. The sprinkle would’ve given us a larger area for watering but instead its very local since it only drips.Editing after 48h : the timer is so light that I cant see the numbers anymore. AND the timer doesn’t work. Water flows constantly even when the timer was set correctly. Now it wont even respond, I cant tuen it on or off even.
