Works very well. Even when the water source runs out of water occasionally it hasn’t burned out yet.Good buy.

I have a 100 litre tub of water that sits on my outdoor terrace of my apartment on the 29th floor, and I bought two of these to irrigate my raised garden beds. I bought the second more than a year after getting the first because I installed more garden beds.I grow fruit and vegetable and have some flowering plants. These little pumps are amazing, and the first one is still going strong > 1 year after getting it.Easy to install and I love that they are not battery operated.

I was going out of town for two and a half weeks for the holidays and was not sure what to do about all of my plants! I have probably 10-15 plants and I was shocked at how long the tube was and how easy it was to set up. Be cautious when setting it up only because I accidentally put it on manual mode and it just kept watering 😂 aside from that, it’s awesome, has a lot of settings, and can water a lot of plants at once!!! Recommend!

Bought this to keep indoor plants alive while on extended vacation. Didn't go well. Needed to set up and test the system before relying on it.

When I returned from 6 days away, none of the plants had been watered at all. The reservoir was at the exact same level as before, despite my having spent hours learning the system, setting it up, and testing it.The pump is puny but seems adequate for my 3 plants in a 1 square meter space. It’s the *controller* and the written instructions and the non-existent customer service contact that are the major weaknesses.Nice connectors and silicone hose, no leaks, and the adjustable drippers is a good idea. But between the confusing and poorly translated written instructions, the ridiculous controller (junk), and the “customer service” email address that is ignored, you should just save your money.I had read numerous negative reviews but assumed the buyers just didn’t know how to set it up correctly. Perhaps I was wrong. You’ve been warned!

Description states it can lift water (head height) of 1.5m (5ft). That is a lie. However 1.5ft (18in or 45.72cm) is accurate. Although that is comparable to similar sized pumps (~3w), it is NOT what is advertised. For comparison, a pump needs to be in the 15w - 20w range to reach 1.5m (5ft) lifting capacity.Since i know I'm returning this, I only briefly messed with the controller. First impression, it's overly complicated & exceptionally inaccurate. I'd strongly recommend testing everything for several days in an area that can get wet (a deck, grass, etc.) There are going to be a lot of variables that will be constantly adjusting for. For example, how much water will the soil absorb? At first it may be rather dry, so you set your flow higher. But once the soil is hydrated, that same flow may drown a plant. However, one plant type may be more thirst than another type. Other variables may include pot size, growing media, humidity, time of year, etc. My point is if you use this product, remember it is NOT set & forget. You have to put a lot of thought into it & make constant adjustments. My suggestion would be to start dry & very slowly adjust the flow up. Otherwise you may overwater - as in you're watering your floor, not your plant! And/or you run out of water & the motor burns up (potentially burning your house down). This brings up two points. The company points out several times that the product is CE approved & the motor is safe if it runs dry. Both claims are useless. Do your own research on what "CE approved" means, but essentially means the company says it meets appropriate European regulations. It doesn't say what the regulations are or that there has been any (let alone independent) testing or verification. For the dry condition claims, this pump will NOT shut off if it isn't in water. If you research the pump (model L006, 12v, 3.1w) (only 0.2583A) you'll find countless warnings to NOT use it out of water. So in addition to all the calculations you have to do for the plant side, you also have to ensure you maintain an adequate supply side. This product is acceptable in very specific situations & requires a significant amount of monitoring & adjustments. For me, there's just not enough reward for the effort. I'm returning it & putting together my own ad-hoc version (plus a few upgrades & redundancies). The cost is going to be higher, but it will also have significantly more capacity & I'll be able to adjust the exact flow rate to individual plants.

I ordered this to try and keep my houseplants alive while on a 3 week vacation. I ordered 2, one for inside and one for outside. I found the setup a little confusing, but not impossible. Once fully assembled, with emitters and probes, it can be awkward to handle (and messy!), but is basically a drip system as I have in my yard. We bought 5 gallon buckets with lids and drilled 2 holes in the tops for the wires and hoses. Since I did not trust this system on my wood floors unsupervised (correctly), I moved all my plants into a large shower with good natural lighting. The system did work, the issue was with controlling the amount of water from each emitter. Since there are no markings on the control valves and considering the flow changes with distance from the pump, it is rather hit of miss. It mostly worked. I removed saucers from the plants so the excess water would drain, set the timer for 7 minutes once a week and hoped for the best. I did lose one plant, from overwatering. The rest survived, some doing better than others, but are salvageable. I would use the system again, hoping for better water control next time. There were sufficient pieces and couplers as well as hose that I could modify it for future use. I would place the largest plants closest to the pump and use minimal water settings for most. It is easier to rescue a dryer plant than a water logged one. The outside was very successful with the same settings, but had fewer plants on the system (5), as opposed to the indoor (14).It’s a workable solution for long trips. Not perfect, but it worked.

Does it all for me. Only con was a siphoning problem but I fixed that- see pic. Just added a dripper at the rim of the water to break the syphon. Pump is weak but its pushing into a 3/8 ,inch line to 1/4 lines so it doesn't need to be strong. I set it to f5. The closest drippers need to be closed to slow drip and then do the same down the line. Slower drip for longer span. Parts are all quality- line, drippers, CPU strollers is easy to. For daily watering set to 0 on intervals. TO STOP THE PUMP AT ANY TIME DOUBLE TAP THE MANU-MANUAL BUTTON or unplug the pump . To run the pump manually tap the manu button one time. It will run until it is tapped again. You can upgrade the pump using 12v relays and a better 12v power supply. Thick wires and larger water feed lines to reducers. Test in cups on a table to determin how long to water and drip rates. Food taste better when you grow it.
