We do limit his playtime as he just keeps on going and going with us hoomans feeding the machine. Pup knows to bring the ball back (happily so), but we have not gotten him to drop the ball in the machine. Interestingly enough he can trigger the machine by sticking his nose on the feeder, but nothing comes out as he didn't put the ball in. We'll feed it one at a time leading up to a grand finale when we load it up with all six balls (just before we put it away).

We have a rescue dog that is an absolute ball MANIAC. He would literally play ball until you wore out your shoulder. Bought this to save myself. The machine itself works as promised, no issues, and the included balls are great. I knocked it down 1 star because there are no instructions to train the dog how to use it (our genius insists on dropping the ball right next to it), and the pit that you drop the ball into is too shallow- the few times we've managed to get him to drop the ball in it's bounced right back out. We still use it, I just wish our guy could figure it out

We bought “Bob,” as we call him; our dogs even knew his name. That is how much our dogs loved him. But let us fast forward to now; we bought Bob in May 2024 for our dog's birthday. It worked! It was a good machine in the beginning, but! Here we are now with two sad dogs who can't play with Bob anymore because it stopped working. Remind you that this machine would come out only on our days off, be cleaned up after every use, and be put away in our hall closet.-100 🌟 for Value of money-100 🌟 Toy quality10 🌟 Ease of use6 🌟 Noise level100 🌟 for Entertainment value-100 🌟 for the balls it comes withI feel ripped off knowing this did not last four months and was well taken care of. I think I deserve a new machine for what I paid. If the seller does not respond or send me a new one, this will not be worth the buy, folks.

This ball launcher is quiet compared to others, but the best thing about this launcher are the soft plastic balls it comes with. Unlike most other brands these balls are lightweight and don't hurt at all when they hit you. This has always been my biggest issue with ball launcher balls, they're normally hard and heavy, and have seriously hurt our dogs before. Great product 👌 👏 👍

We like the launcher, although our dog (a 15 pound cockapoo) has not yet learned how to drop the balls into it. She loves to chase the balls, but the they are all mouthed until they deflate. Then the launcher won't work with them. We are worried that she may flatten all the balls before she even learns how to use the machine. Are there any balls that are harder to deflate that will work with this machine? Is anyone else having this problem? We are sad that this fun toy made need to be sent back for a refund.
