I recently purchased this automatic ball launcher with 2" tennis ball, and I'm very happy with my purchase. This launcher has been a great addition to my dog's playtime routine, and it's so easy to use.The launcher allows me to choose the distance that the ball will be thrown, which is great for playing in different areas. I also appreciate that it comes with six tennis balls, so I don't have to worry about constantly replacing them.The 2" tennis balls are the perfect size for my dog, and they're made from durable material that can withstand all the rough playtime. Original- This is genuinely dangerous. It’s very easy for your dog to stand in front of it and get hit in face with high speed ball. You could say they’ll learn not to, but your dog will already be hurt. One of our dogs got hit and was terrified to go near it again because he always remembered the pain. Don’t recommend unless you plan to monitor it every second or put where dog won’t stand near it, which then defeats the purpose of the dog self-entertaining.Update- While I think you really have to be careful with this device, their customer service was amazing. They reached out to me on their own to offer an apology for something that wasn’t their fault and a full refund if I wanted. Super nice and exceptional customer service. Raised a star just for that.

First thing to mention, you can only load one ball at a time. This was not mentioned in the description. The remote is really only good for turning on and adjusting the throw distance. You can't preload. The throwing setting distance at 30ft fell far short and really is around 10-15ft and on a good roll it may get 30ft. Not made for a tall dog, because when the dog drops a ball into it, it bounces out to easily. Need ability to add taller sides panels. Looking to return.

I've had this automatic ball launcher for about two months now and it's perfect! I love the way the product looks and works. Durable, adjustable launch distance with remote control, also great design on the packaging! Worth every penny. My boy was immediately obsessed. Perfect for my boy! I would highly recommend it.

Send the automatic ball launcher for my girl as a gift, and it has been an awesome purchase. The balls are the perfect size, and after two months of use, it's still working great. My girl loves it and knows when it's about to launch. She's even learned to bump the ball into the machine herself.
