I eould give a zero if I could. Did not come with twelve balls and was clearly a returned unitIs loud and does throw the ball various distances even with in one settingUnit wont charge even after twelve hours of charging flashes red and instantly goes green never actually charges. Unit only throws a foot as low on power. Didn't come with a charger so dont know if its a special one but I have tried multiple usb cables with same resultAfter two uses it stopped throwing balls the ramp that moves the balls stopped working.Amazon wont let me load the video its too bigItem refundedLike fool ordered another and it doesn’t work either balls don’t even leave the machine. Buy another brand

both my pet doxie love this new toy, easy to use my mother is trying to train the doxie how to put the balls inside this toy themselves.

Perfect little tennis balls, but they fit into the ball launcher. I even use the launcher in the house! Launch it down the hallway! These fit perfectly, launch splendidly, bounce great. My dog is a chewer and she hasn't been able to rip these up, yet. There are several regular tennis balls that she has torn apart. She loves her tiny tennis balls!
