The first one broke on day one. The replacement broke after two months. We barley used the stupid thing. For the price you would expect a little bit of quality.

My dogs loved this when they used it, ONLY ONCE!!!!!! Did not last long at all and now wont work at all. Do not recommend, and i am very unhappy because of how much i paid for it

These things are expensive for what they are and for that price you would expect a quality product, no so much here. The unit stopped working with the first 5-6 uses. I checked the battery pack, no voltage. Replaced battery pack and it seems the motor in it is drawing way too many amps and smoking the batteries. This thing is a fire hazard.

I was able to use this one time. I charged it and the light shows charging (red) but it won’t turn green and it has been over night. No metal has come in contact with the battery to cause a short-circuiting. I was very excited about this product based on the reviews I read.

It worked good after the first charge for a few minutes. Turned it off and left on charge, then a few hours later it wouldnt turn on at all using any of the buttons. After disconnecting the battery and plugging back on, it came on again but then would not turn off using the power button or the main on/off switch on bottom. The few times I saw it shoot the balls, it was impressive. I really hate this one was faulty. Returned.
