Operating Time up to 50 hours* (*In the state of eight new dry batteries)
Ball Size 2 inch

  • Since the ball will be stained with the dog's saliva and dirt, which will likely block the two small sensor holes inside, it will not start normally this time. To solve the problem, it is recommended to clean the two holes inside the launcher.

  • The new dry cell is 1.5 volts, so that's 12 volts for the eight cells so as the power consumption drops below 7.6 volts we programmed three lights to flash. This means that the batteries have been discharged.

Great and easy to use ball launcher. Sadly my dog isnt quite grasping the idea of it but he does love chasing the balls. A few different settings for distance so it can work inside as well as outside.

This works great, just as described. Unfortunately, my dog is obsessed with a ball that won't fit in it but we got a new puppy that I hope will like it one day.

No balls were inside, even though it states “6 Special Balls” included. Extremely disappointing.

Really impressed with this ball launcher. It’s lasted us a long time and is still going. It does start to slow down if the ball gets wet or muddy but otherwise my dog loves it and learned how to use it very quickly.

I have a fearful dog. I was hoping he would like this but he can hear the very quiet sound it makes when it launches the ball. So he won’t play with it.

I expected this to be able to fit regular tennis balls, but the balls provided are smaller and will have to be special order when they wear out. That being said, the machine is easy to use and we are teaching the dog to drop his ball back into the top so he can play at will. It comes with a few rubber balls which are a good size for a small-medium dog to mouth, but I would not suggest unsupervised free play if your dog is aggressive at chewing things. There are 3 different distance settings; we worked the dog up from the lower distance setting to the longer setting which will throw about 35-40 feet. The machine throws the ball upward so there isn't a concern about throwing straight into the face and injuring the dog. So far he likes it and we have no complaints other than the ball sizing.

Great fun to see the anticipation when Bandit can hear the machine preparing to launch his ball! So far, we've only used it inside and I'm happy that the throws are consistent so I don't need to worry about the house getting destroyed. :)
