Charged fully turns on it will not recognize a brand new prepaid data only sim card. I now it's not my laptop as I used an identicalMoxxee hotspot the day I ordered this one. This was supposed to be an Amazon refurb so it's getting sent back unless their tech line can figure it out

Couldnt set it up terrible customer service, they never responded to my email.. and now i cant get credit for it nor return it so i have a shiny black brick..
