Escape from WHAT??? It breaks on anything you try it on. Reminds me of a strand of hair. I don't even know what to SAY about this garbage. Going to boycott this seller. They know this is junk, and they sell it anyway.

These blades are small and fragile, yet flexible and strong. It's all in how you use them. I broke a few on my first couple times trying them out. Then I took my time, without trying to rush the situation and they work fine. I mean I wouldn't want to cut through a pair of handcuff chains with these, but they could be pretty handy with weaker materials. I used 1 blade (with only my hands) and cut through the chain from an old style light switch (provided pictures) within 6-8 minutes, so I am ok with this purchase. EDIT.... The brighter picture has 2 loose blades and the bigger is the bundle of 12..

These are jewelers saw blades, which are notoriously fragile, and totally unsuited to the `escape' fantasies fanned by the merchandise page. They ONLY can be used in a proper jewelers saw frame, but these proved so inferior they broke in a frame. Worse, the quantity is billed as 144, then as 100 in the product description. We received 65. DO NOT BUY.

I had to give this a 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. If you bend these blades at all they will snap. I bought these with the idea of hiding them on myself in clothing so that whenever I needed to escape from something or someone I would have the option of cutting myself free if needed. No chance of these working. Maybe if you only had to cut some string... Don't Buy !!!!!

These are small enough to hide any where and they cut through zip-ties and duct tape pretty easy. I actually received 144 (12 bundles of 12) in stead of 100. Can't beat it for 5 bucks.

These blades are small, and flexible. They would work as shims, great hobbie saws, and more. So far I am finding that they are hard to use with out some sort of saw to mount them in.

Cool, they just need too be stronger! other than that, they are very compact and easy to hide on your person!
