We have 9 dogs and a couple get chronic ear infections. This is very helpful to monitor their ears instead of waiting to actually see the infection. Dogs were unbothered by it.

Got this for my puppy. Very familiar with otoscopes in my profession. This arrived with white powder in battery compartment which likely points to it being used with battery corrosion. Will not even turn on. Manual is for a different otoscope that uses two batteries and different switch unlike this otoscope. Very disappointed.

The switch is not very good. Works sometimes & won’t last. Other wise a great tool.

As a health professional I use lots of otoscope in my life. These otoscope are horrible. I tried to return those but seller are not responding. I hope seller can contact me and help me to take those as a return. I advise everyone not to buy this product..
