This has been great for our toddler. He loves just laying on the floor or in his bed just staring at this thing to the point that he gets upset if it's ever off. As a distraction for children, it's working great for us.It is important to mention that this is a little on the loud side when it's on. It hasn't been an issue for us, but if you or your child requires near silence, you won't get it with this tank.Otherwise, it's been great for our child. It has helped calm him down at night, and having 3 light levels makes it easier for him to fall asleep with it on.

Definitely cheaply made. The first one I got, the dim button didn’t work. The replacement I got had the buttons peeling off. So the buttons are hard to push. If you want real quality, I would go with w different brand. It’s not noisy tho & still looks good

This mini aquarium lamp adds a soothing effect to a room with its moving fish and colorful lighting. The timer function is useful, and the dimmable settings let you adjust the ambiance. A fun decorative piece, especially for kids.

Okay, so this is an adorable idea. I actually kind of hoped my cat would get interested in it, but he was unimpressed. So was I, for that matter. The way this works is it runs two graphic tapes around cylinders turned by rotary motors. The motors are pretty loud, sadly. The graphic tapes are cute, but they're just glued together in one spot, and there was absolutely zero effort taken to hide the glue-up. It's about a half-inch strip of overlap that is extremely obvious and obnoxious. I honestly would have been tempted to ignore how loud this is if the graphics had been decently done, but that glue-up job being so obvious makes this extremely discordant to watch, not at all relaxing like it should be. So disappointing.

Slight glitch in the light but not sure if I just don’t know how to use it but it looks good so far no issue.

We have this in a darker corner of our tv room. Love this mood decor. Beautiful to look at. Some fish even seem to move their fins & tails. Note there are various light selection intensities to your liking. There is a directional point of view of some white light showing BUT that is only at one height view. Rest of height you don't see white bulb light.

This is an "Artificial Fish Tank". It's not going to compete with real fish, but it is very nice, especially for kids. In fact, when I first turned it on, both of our cats had to come over and check it out. The are several different kinds of fish inside, and even a turtle. They are very nice looking, and continually move around from front to back, and then back to the front again. It is three dimensional and the seabed is beautiful.I like the size, in that it's approximately 10 inches high, by 12 inches long, by 3 inches wide. It's easy to start. Just plug it in, press the light button on, and the fish start swimming. There is a timer which can be set for two hours and six hours. Or you can just turn the light on and then turn it off when you want to.The reason I gave it only four stars is because the dimmer switch doesn't work. In fact, I find the buttons to be kind of cheesy. In any case, I was originally thinking of giving to my grandkids, whom I think will love it, but I can see a few places in our house where we can display this fish tank, and it will look great. I really like it.
