Got this for my girlfriend who loves to paint and she loves itShe had been trying many different ideas to dry her paintings from hanging them up to laying them on different items around her house. This really solved a problem for her -- allowing her to place many paintings to dry at once in a small footprint. The construction is solid and sturdy, the finish is nice and paintings are easy to lay into the racks.Highly recommend for a loved one, your children or yourself!

The product isn't bad - it meets my expectations, and would be 4 stars if it wasn't so expensive. But $50 seems wildly expensive for this. I could see $25-30, but it's just a basic metal rack. It went together quickly and easily, but the quality could be a bit better - some of the pieces didn't quite fit like they should.

The kids are very artistic and love to watercolor. This is a bit too small to hold larger paper, but overall cute and seems sturdy.

This is mostly good. Two of the racks were too wide and a great deal of force had to be used to push them into the holes, so then of course those two racks are bowed and not lined up with all of the others.I feel that for the price, the product design misses the mark. It wouldn't have been difficult to make this hinged with a locking clasp for a quick and easy set up, but instead they chose to use nuts and bolts. Which is fine if you have a dedicated space to keep it up all the time. If you don't, and need to store this, it's a bit of a pain to have to assemble and disassemble every time--particularly with the two faulty racks.I can't imagine a scenario where the wheels would be needed, but it doesn't depend on them so I just don't use them. They're good quality wheels, so I'll probably use them for something else at some point.I got this for the purpose of a homeschool co-op to bring for the kids to dry their paintings, which means setting up and taking it down within a couple of hours. It's a bit tedious for that. It takes about two minutes (wheels excluded and using minimal bolts) to take it down. A little longer to put it up. That doesn't sound like much until you're rushing to get packed up at the end of an exhausting and busy day teaching and still have to wrangle 6 kids and all their crap into the car.For home or studio use, two minutes is no big deal. Just wanted to give fair warning in case anyone else is in my position.I'm docking half a star for the lack of quality control because those two racks really are difficult to work with, and half for the price. There are cheaper alternatives with the same design, there's really no need to charge this much.I would dock another one for lack of portability, except it doesn't appear that anyone else has improved the design so I don't feel it's fair to reduce stars when it's on par with everything else on the market. If you don't need it to be portable with a quick set up and you're lucky enough to get one without issues, you'll be in good shape with this. Hopefully they'll adjust the price to be competitive.

Pros:We just started using this rack to store wood blanks on (one per shelf) for our Xtools M1 Ultra laser cutter. Being new at the laser cutting hobby we encountered a puzzling issue where the top blank of very thin wood (in a stack) will warp in a convex manner like it is taking on moisture from the air. Maybe this is because the bottom surface can’t absorb moisture from the blank in the stack below it?Anyway when a blank warps the cutter gets caught on the wood and the project gets ruined. Not wanting to throw out each top blank we decided to look for reasonably priced drying rack.It turns out the shelves on this rack are the perfect size because the maximum blank an M1 Ultra can cut is 11 by 16 inches! The whole unit went together quickly and it has wheels on it so we can move it around easily on our table. It looks fairly sturdy, our blanks are pretty thin anyway. This rack will really come in handy if we need to print anything on wood, or roller cut cardboard as the Xtools M1 Ultra has a color printer head in it, and a rolling cutter head for paper and fabric. It is a very versatile laser cutting tool!Cons:We just barely started using it and haven’t encountered any cons yet. I probably should have waited a few days to review this but was pretty excited to share our repurposing of this rack and was thinking I’d forget to do this review!

These was very easy to put together and took maybe 15 minutes, plus a bit of extra time to adjust, as I'll mention. The instructions are quite clear and even better if one follows them close enough. The only "mistake" I made, and wasn't worth reverting, is putting the locking casters on the back corners. I had one in the back and one in the front. Truly, you don't need locking casters as this is small and light and I don't plan on putting it on a hill. The only real issue I ran into were 3 of the racks, when inserted, did not lie flat. When I would put another rack above it they would touch in the front, so, I pulled these and kept going. In all, 3 racks had this issue as you'll see in one of my photos. I grabbed a pair of pliers and bent the portion of the rack that goes in the frame further back and re-inserted. Got it close enough to horizontal that I was fine and there is now plenty of clearance. This was not worth knocking off a star as overall this is a nice drying rack for the given size.

Picked this up for my grandkids for when they come over and want to do "art", so instead of having to lay them out all over tables, I now have a rack that holds their work, and it goes in the garage. These are fairly close to some racks I've seen in elementary schools (my grandson's), and they work great. I don't have a need to have multiple racks, one works great . They have 10 shelves, which will hold 10 full sized art drawing or painting, or can accommodate smaller drawings if that what your child paints. I am thrilled to finally have something to actually put their work on. SUPER sturdy too.
