The impeller of the S8038-10K is held in place by two ball bearings, making it not only particularly durable but also less sensitive to external influences such as heat and dust.
Full Control with a wide Speed Range
The S8038-10K has a wide speed range that can be regulated via PWM and voltage, allowing it to be tuned to the specific system requirement. With a wide speed range from 500 rpm to 10000 rpm, it provides an ideal balance between cooling performance and noise, ensuring optimal performance in various scenarios.
High Airflow and Static Pressure
Heat sinks and radiators benefit from fans with high static pressure. The S8038-10K has a static pressure of 51 mmH₂O, which enables it to push air, even through narrow cooling fins. At the same time, it achieves a maximum airflow of 173.30 m³/h allowing it to quickly dissipate heat from enclosures. These properties make it the ideal choice for a wide range of applications.
Flexible Connection Options
With its standard 4-pin fan connector, the S8038-10K can also be connected to 2-pin or 3-pin sockets, and then be controlled by voltage. The 30 cm cable allows a lot of flexibility in positioning.
Active Cooling for Extended Motor Lifespan
The lifespan of fans is mostly determined by the lifespan of the motor, which is significantly dependent on the motor temperature, especially in long-term operation. The motor of the S8038-10K is actively cooled by an additional impeller in the fan hub. By maintaining lower motor temperatures, its lifespan is extended by up to 50 %. This advance not only leads to improved operating efficiency, but also to significant cost savings in the long run.
Wide Range of Applications
The S8038-10K fits into 2U server cases and serves as an upgrade or replacement for a CPU fan, radiator fan or for system ventilation. I cannot fault the fan for being noisy since it does not claim to be a quiet fan, and even at low speeds this moves a lot of air, but it there is a distinct whine that gets under my skin. Some people might not be bothered by it, but it is a deal breaker for me since the server is in a place that makes the noise ever present. If your server is in a place where you do not have to worry about noise, then I highly recommend this.

Ich nutze den Lüfter um Rauch aus einem Lasergehäuse auszusaugen und kann nur sagen dafür echt der Hammer. Der Lüfter bewegt echt eine Menge Luft

Si vous voulez brassez de l'air ça dépote, le ventilateur est massif pour sa taille on sent la qualité par contre au premier démarrage avec le bios pas réglé ça surprend tellement le son est fort. Donc au final les perfs de ce ventilo ne seront jamais au max, achat pas très utile mais c'était écrit j'assume et au moins en cas de canicule je serais tranquille ahahaUn conseil faites pas comme moi à utiliser ça dans un pc classique, le P8 Max est moins puissant certes mais son confort est incomparable à ce gros jouet

Ventola molto potente, anche un po' rumorosa, ovviamente alla massima velocità. Ma nel complesso è ciò che mi serviva. La uso collegata ad un tubo per aspirazione fumi da laser.

These fans are definitely better than I expected. The noise and power curve at the ear and wall are far better than many 80x38mm alternatives. I’ve been on the hunt for a high static pressure solution in this size range and these fans seem to be the best I’ve come across to date. I’ll be coming back for dozens more in the next few weeks.

Habe ihn für meinen Gaming Pc gekauft, damit er die Hitze nach hinten rauspustet.... hohe RPM und dabei sehr kraftvoll.Ab einer RPM von 2000 Umdrehung wird er erst hörbar.Kann ich empfehlen.

First off this fan is loud at max speed.That isn't a negative. I expected that as much. I needed a fan that can really push some air. Sound isn't a concern. This fan really delivered. It pushes great amount of airflow for your application. The sound is what I expected of it. You can however add this to a fan speed controller to mitigate some of that sound.
