BAJA TESTED! And it passed with flying colors! Sweet five lights we used almost daily for six weeks. Never had an issue with reliability or recharging. Highly recommended.

While lobster diving, at night, in Hawaii, it’s not uncommon to see a few white tip sharks swimming around. Usually 3 to 5 ft in length and they usually swim away. Of course the one time my buddy and I got separated further than normal, I found myself face to face with a very curious 11’ white tip shark (didn’t even know they got that big). Not only did this monster not swim away, he started to circle around me. At this very moment one of my batteries in my normal dive light was unknowingly defective and decided to go out… True story. While swimming around alone in complete darkness with an 11’ shark, I learned the importance of having a really good backup light. This light definitely does that job while also providing a lazer that can point out things to my buddy, get his attention if or when needed, and maybe be an added deterrent to a shark. So far I love this light for not only its great performance in a compact frame but also the confidence and security this little guy gives as a “reliable” backup.

Dive master in Cozumel had one of these and it was awesome for attracting your attention and pointing things out on the reef.So I order one while still on the Cozumel trip. The light has 3 modes, normal light, bright light and flashing light and then there is the green laser pointer.

Great for signaling at night. Bright enough to see during daylight

I originally loved this flashlight. Everyone at the construction site was amazed by it like cavemen seeing fire for the first time. I was only slightly irritated that the only way to charge it was by removing the battery and plugging it into a USB-C cable. That minor frustration grew to complete disappointment when I plugged it in to charge a second time and nothing happened. The battery is completely dead and won’t charge. Conveniently it’s 4 days outside the return policy which makes me never want to trust this product or brand again.

This is a heavy duty flashlight and seems to be well built. I suspect it just might work to 100m of depth. And at that depth, you're going to want a really bright flashlight and this one surely is. The batteries took about 3 hours for a full charge, but I expect they will last a long time. There is no ability to focus the beam, but I suspect that added ability would prove to be a leak point. Two extra o-rings are provided and because you have to open this up to recharge the batteries, I expect you'll want to change them more frequently from the wear. Is it worth nearly $100? That seems a bit much, but maybe for a great dive light, that's reasonable.
