I work Security for Netflix and at work we have the option to borrow one daily and i decided to get my own. Many of the other securities who mention they’ve also bought cheap 8 dollar one’s say they break easy but Not These! The sound is crisp and loud. The clicker is very good quality and I get it why this one was $27. I rather spend a lil more and have good product than spend on anything flimsy. In Spanish we say “Lo barato sale caro” what’s cheap will be expensive later. This cable and ear piece was surely worth it. I want to get another one for backup. Highly recommend!

My old earpiece was destroyed by my dog who loves to chew wires. I ordered this and it arrived the next day which was a great surprise. I had not realized my old earpiece was losing its volume so completely until the first time I used the new one. Amazing difference.

Works great for my work radio. Have quiet communication in college as a security officer. No one around me hears traffic on radio. Good audio for TX and RX. Earplug is a learning process but it is worth it for the rest of it.

I would not recommend this headset, sometimes the sound works normal, sometimes the sound blasts your ear off & sometimes it doesn’t work at all.

The quality of this product is not very high. It is comfortable to wear, however, the sound is terrible and the mic function wears out quickly.I had two sets. First set had no volume adjustment and was extremely loud. Ear drum rattling loud. So I returned it for a new set.Second set had volume adjustment but was still loud, even though the volume was on low. I fixed that issue by putting a little piece of cotton, from a cotton swab, and placed it in the clear tube where the junction is. Literally used it as a sound filter.Within the month, the mic stop working. This is when I lost faith in the product and its manufacture. Will be looking at other products.

Audio quality was quite poor, earbud did not feel comfortable, and the fitting did not work on the radio itself unless it was highly modified.

Sometimes my transmission doesn't get through or I don't get the transmission. And yes I made sure my wires are connected and when I talk into the mic. I wait for the churp sound before I speak. They are comfortable to wear. I wish there were wireless ear piece.
