Fixed my heater. Make sure you solder the connection if you cut the wire.

This was one easy installation. Exact match. Only issue was the plastic retaining clips snapped off when I plugged it in. But some electrical tape fixed that. Everything is working now.One caution while installing - the weak spot on the factory original is the plug connection. The real reason I had no heat was the plug connection were frozen together in two spots. No so much the resistor itself.

Worked for me on my 2011 ford Ranger. I now have all speeds on my temp control again. Would recommend.
