The casting of this adapter seems fine, but unfortunately there are some potentially catastrophic burrs that remain after the machining. These burrs are large enough to damage your engine if they broke off and entered the oil system. The included plugs are poorly made, and very week. I installed and tightened them by hand, without any tools, and two of them would not unthread despite threading in very easily. I ended up needing to use a wrench to remove them. One came out without much resistance, but noticed that the threads on it seemed to have malformed during removal, and the other plug broke in half. I am returning this item. I would have kept it, and removed the burrs myself, if it weren't for the plugs.
