Something is wrong with the screw part, it won’t tighten nor will it feed thru the the other side.

It came on time but the ring was dented. All we really needed was the screw though so it worked out ok.

This product arrived very quickly and does what it is intended to do. The only problem is that the area you tighten between the clip that holds the flip folder and the ring that attaches to the clarinet can loosen up and your flip folder turns. If a better way to tighten that part could be found I would give the product 5 starts.

This is our 2nd unit. Beware that the welding between the shaft and the main plate can be poorly done causing a breakage, The two pieces fall apart under low load or torque because the joint is not a full weld. This is can be inspected by looking for a complete filling of the space between the shaft and the plate on both sides of the joint.
