  • VITON GASKET- Viton is a space age material that is very chemically inert. As such, it is commonly used with gasoline, kerosine and other organic solvents. Some companies sell solenoid valves with NBR gasket and advertise gasoline use. DO NOT USE NBR gasket for gasoline (it will corrode the gasket and can cause serious gasoline leak and accident or fire). If you intend on using a valve for gasoline, use only VITON gasket.
  • ISO/OEM/ODM/CE and1 year warranty. DIRECT ACTING and Normally Closed Valve (N.C.) - The solenoid’s magnetic field with directly moves the plunger and close the orifice for any fluid or gas flow. Only opens while energized.

Unique Design:

  • The valve body comes with Viton Gasket, which is a verychemically inert space-age material and can be used with gasoline, kerosene and other organic solvents.
  • Our valve body can work at 23-302°F, while other valve bodies can only work at 23-176°F.
  • Weak corrosive liquid or gas can be used (but it is not recommended because it will affect the service life of the valve body)

  • VITON is the most durable and high performance rubber material with the ability to resist high temperatures and corrosive chemicals and other fluids like gasoline, diesel fuel, oils, and lubricants.
  • This highly responsive valve will open and close in less than 1 second when actuated; meaning it will open or close the flow instantaneously when energized or de-energized.
  • Keep piping clean before installation.
  • Check whether the components are intact before use.
  • Please pay attention to whether the installation conditions meet the technical requirements
  • Install solenoid valve in the direction of water flow.
  • After connection, confirm whether the connection is firm.

BRASS VALVE

This valve is corrosion resistant, more conducive for welding, optimal for higher temperature projects, and can be used with gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene oil, natural gas, etc.

VITON GASKET

Solenoid valve has a VITON gasket,which can be applied to flowing liquid, such as gasoline, kerosene, etc. DO NOT USE NBR gasket for gasoline (it will corrode the gasket and can cause serious gasoline leak or fire). If you intend on using a valve for gasoline, use only VITON gasket.

OVERHEATING

Solenoid valves are not intended to be energized for more than 3 hours continuously. If it needs to be used continuously, it should be powered off and cooled for a while before being powered on again.If energized for too long, the valve body will become hot and may even burn.

FLOW DIRECTION

Make note of the arrow on your valve. All valves are unidirectional, and they need to be installed in the direction of arrow when in use. If the connection direction is opposite, the valve will not start/close normally.

Solenoid Valve Installation Instructions

  1. Clean and rinse the impurities in the pipeline before installation.
  2. Be careful not to drop the debris into the pipeline to prevent blocking the solenoid valve.
  3. Keep the direction of valve body consistent with the flow direction of medium for installation.
  4. To ensure the service life of solenoid valve, it should be installed horizontally.
  5. After the solenoid valve is connected, it should be confirmed whether it should be connected firmly.

Did exactly what I needed. No leaks and holds air pressure. Not a continuous rated solinoid and it does get hot if left activated for extended periods of time. Using this in a pneumatic control system.

The valve operates quick and clean.. the problem is the orifice size.. the inlet, and outlet at 3/8 NPT.. thats pretty big.. realistic 1/2” wide… the orifice the air moves through, is 2.5 mm.. about the size of a BB… all that pressure going in, will immediately be reduced to nothing, because the amount of air that can not pass through the tiny orifice.. no where in the description did it say the orifice was only 2.5 mm…. Too small

I ordered the wrong size but I made it work. I’m using for some air horns. Good quality valves. They got here fast.
