I have had the product two months and it is like sitting on solid rock. The cushion is already crushed flat. I only weigh 155 lbs.

This is a nice, sturdy drum stool for kids, smaller folks or anyone who likes to sit lower at the drum kit. Bought so I could set up my electronic kit super low for my 5 year old. Actually ended up putting the pad from my Roc N Soc stool on instead of the included pad for extra comfort, but the included pad is plenty comfortable and perfect for a smaller person. The bottom hardware is solid enough to support my weight as an adult, and even the stock pad felt sturdy enough to support me before I swapped it out.

This stool is very easy to assemble. My 12 yr old (who isn’t one for reading intrusions) did it all himself! The cushion is comfortable so I can play for hours. The height can be adjusted so that my son and I can both use it. It’s great.

So this is a good solid product. It doesn't fold up as easily as some other more expensive ones and the seat foam isn't the thickest. For the price, it's very good. Recommended.

This is a great product. It is comfortable and sturdy. However, the bolt/wing nut for height adjustment didn’t fit and we had to purchase another.

I picked this up for my nephew as he just started playing drums and needed a throne. Figured he's a small child, and a beginner, so anything would work well for now, and we can upgrade later.First off this thing stinks like chemical death. I had to let it air out for a while, and that helped a bit. But man. Second, thing just kind of pins together and isn't solid at all. Lots of play between the seat and the base. The base sits solid enough on the floor, but the cushion/post rocks back and forth pretty significantly.So it's worked ok for now, but I do not see this thing lasting too long, considering the stress and movement necessary for drumming. I absolutely would not recommend it for any adult. I felt nervous just sitting on it to test. The weld connecting the post to the seat is brutal and does not inspire confidence.But if you need a throne for a child who maybe won't even be playing drums for very long, and you don't want to spend a lot of money, then yeah go for it. If you're looking for something sturdy, solid, etc then spend more and get something to last, as you will need to replace this. If you are a teenager/adult or know how to drum then you should avoid this.
