I have been using this filter for many years. I always order it from Amazon and have not had a problem.It is a little tricky to insert in the plastic frame. I suggest taking your time and in the end it will insert properly.

The filters worked perfect. Winter is close so I will order again in a month or so. I love that my prior orders show up on my iPad so searching is very quick for items I want to reorder.
