[Anker]- Apple Users: "If you use a USB-A to Lightning or USB-A to MagSafe cable with the USB-A port, please disconnect and then reconnect the cable before charging." [Anker]- Samsung Users: "The USB-A port does not support Quick Charge 3.0. Devices that utilize Quick Charge technology, such as the Galaxy series, will charge at regular speed." [Anker]- Translation: If you are charging your phone, tablet or laptop, use USB-C instead when or plug in your own charger for max speed. Smaller devices like a pair of headphones, USB-A will work fine but you may need to unplug and replug for it to work properly.Pros 👍👍👍- Size and Form Factor: This is most compact universal travel adapter I've come across par none.- Quality: Look and feel solid and well made.- Value: At $25.99 MSRP, this is a solid value, especially when compared to others on the market.- Name Brand: Anker is a brand I and many others have long used and trusted.- Texture: This may sound like a small detail but details matter! The textured side of this adapter feel really nice to this touch! They're soft and grippy. Nice touch, Anker 😅- Power Efficiency: 87.2% when active, and only 0.082W power draw when idle.- Safety Certifications: Added peace of mind to know that the manufacturer has invested money to get their product tested independently.- Packaging and Documentation: Minimal and thoughtful packaging. The user's manual is accessible by scanning a QR code and can be downloaded as a PDF file. All companies should adopt this approach.Cons (Mostly nitpicks) 👎👎👎- Sore Thumb: The two thumb sliders stick out like, well, sore thumbs! I wish Anker redesigned to be more flat. In my opinion, a missed opportunity!- Disclaimers: The USB-A notes are clear, and understandable. Personally, I no longer use USB-A cables. But those who do will need to pause and pay attention. Again, I wish Anker has taken some time to engineer those disclaimers out. Maybe in the next version! The Bottom Line 🧐It's amazing how long it has taken to finally come up with a compact universal travel adapter! I bought mine in Hong Kong back in 2018 and it worked great but I never liked how bulky it was. But I can now retire my old brick and switch to my new travel buddy from Anker 😆I am really impressed by this product and have no problem recommending it to all shoppers and potential buyers. Bon voyage!I hope my short recommendation has helped you make an informed buying decision 👍😊✌️

This is a brand new product from Anker, and it's surprising they haven't gotten into this part of the power business until now: the travel power adaptor. I just recieved it today, so this is an initial impressions review that I'll update after I do some international travel with it.Like all Anker products this one is built very solidly, with great materials. It has a light that comes on when there's a successful power connection, which is a nice addition. At only 20 watts of output, I question the point of having two USB-C ports and two USB-A ports. If you're connecting four devices, that's some SLOW charging. I'd have preferred one or two USB-C ports and a smaller device. I doubt I'll use the USB ports for much of anything as I carry a slim Voltme 65 watt charger that I'll connect to this. The Anker product is fairly small at 3.39 x 1.97 x 0.98 inches, but not tiny. The front surface is semi-glossy, and picks up fingerprints/dust easily. It will likely look pretty bad after a year's worth of travel. Anker should have picked a more robust finish for the front. The main competitor is the EPICKA Pocket 111. It's a bit smaller overall (2.52 x 1.26 x 1.69 inches, shown in the photos), but has fewer USB ports. I prefer the Anker design being flat and longer in height; that means it's less likely to fall out of the wall versus the EPICKA which is deeper and more unstable.Anker makes great products, and this is priced reasonably; I'm happy so far with the purchase.

The Anker travel outlet adapter is very nice and compact. If you have a device with a 2 prong plug, you can use the adapter to plug into outlets in the US, Mexico, Canada, Japan, Australia, China, UK, Europe, and Asia. You also get two USB A ports and two USB C ports. The USB C ports have a max of 20W and 15W which is still fast charging on phones. Overall, this is going with me on every overseas and domestic trip because it is useful, versatile, and compact even if I'm just using it as a plain power adapter.
