The toilet seat is very pretty but faulty. It came off 3 times while using it. My husband installed and did everything in the directions. It seems it's the equipment that connects the toilet seat. Metal points keep popping out. I took pics for reference. I'm returning it for a refund and just going to get the brand name seat that goes with my toilet. I recommend not wasting the time or money on this product.

First, anyone reading this review needs to know 2 things: 1) I've never installed or removed a toilet seat before today & 2) I've only had the seat for about an hour so I cannot touch on how long it lasts, or anything like that .Onto the actual review. It looks beautiful! I bought this to replace a plain white, locally purchased toilet seat. My husband and son installed that one, which broke in two pieces after less than 6 months after I bought it. I decided that, for the replacement, I'd go for a different brand and checked Amazon and loved the look of this one. I was a bit Leary about whether it would look as good in person as it did online, but am happy to say that it does.Installation was pretty easy. In fact, the hardest part was figuring out how to remove the old one as it had weird nuts on the bottom of the bolts that wouldn't screw off. As I said, I'd never removed one before or even watched anyone else remove one YouTube to the rescue! Once I knew what to do to remove it, it was easy. I did watch the video the QR code on the instructions linked to prior to installing the new toilet seat and found it was helpful to me to actually see how everything went together.The seat itself is nice an smooth.As long as the seat lasts a reasonably long time, I would absolutely buy this brand again should I need a new toilet seat, like for another bathroom in our house, or just wanted a change.

This is a good quality toilet seat. Husband did struggle a little getting it on, but once installed, it’s perfect. It’s solid, a nice weight, doesn’t shift around, and is easy to clean. I love the quiet close lid as I frequently drop things, and this feature prevents the startling crash that could wake the dead LOL. It’s pricey, however, it’s not a cheaply made toilet seat and I do prefer quality with an item like this. I will definitely purchase this brand again when needed.

The seat is beautiful almost too good for a toilet seat. Loved having it, however it took a while to get it attached and no matter how we tried the seat would not secure to the toilet, it would move. Contacted the mfg company and they were no help asked for new hinges they said no told me to return it. Bought another brand and it works.
