Very easy to build and seems sturdy enough. Not at all bad quality or cheap but it is cheap.

I had no problems with my cabinet. The wood and finish were in great condition and I had no hardware issues. Only thin I needed to do was reinforce the bottom cabinet because in my opinion it was too loose. I added 2 wood screws and it made a big difference. Over all, I love it. Would recommend it.

This gun cabinet is poorly made and expect nothing to line up. The cabinet is not square, I received it damaged, and PLEASE do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a quality cabinet. Particle board and very little solid wood makes the veneer cabinet not ideal if you plan to store your firearms. Avoid!

I bought this for storage rather than a safe and it serves that purpose great. The doors lock securely but would never keep out someone who really wanted to get in. It assembled easily until I decided to skip a step then I had to back up and do that part over. I think it looks great and is sturdy and I don't think it would tip over unless someone was pulling on it. I gave it a 3 rating for gifts only because someone has to put it together. I would buy it again and am very happy with it.

So my husband put the cabinet together and the locking mechanism for the door doesn’t fit not happy we can’t close the door

There are a lot of reviews out there on this cabinet, both good and bad. I think the most concerning ones for me were about how the pre drilled holes wouldn’t line up. We did not experience that at all.There are other reviews that talk a good deal about the quality.What I can say is that for less than $200 I am pleased with the cabinet. It does what I wanted, namely put a barrier between my children (and guests to our home) and our firearms.Had I have paid $500 or more, I would have been disappointed in the product. But it looks pretty nice and it didn’t break the bank. Plus, everything went together easily. My wife and I had it assembled in about an hour.

Love the finish. It wasn’t too bad to put together. People are saying it’s flimsy, but that’s only true if you don’t level it good with the provided legs. I do, however, think it’s a bit overpriced.
