This is wonderful if you need to take a quick temp. I also have wired and a wireless probe that I often use, but if I need to just open up the oven or the grill and take a fast temperature this is perfect. I also like the way it folds up, if it's perfect in your pocket. Add in the fact that it has a lifetime warranty and it's definitely worth it!

I have been using this brand for 5 years and when I loaned mine out, the person commented they would need one so Christmas gift. I like and it has lasted very well. Recommend for cooking meat, etc, the way you like it.

I got this as a stocking stuffer for my husband. We have something similar but it only works with our air fryer so I thought this would be great to use in the oven or on the stove top! You can insert the probe into whatever you are cooking and set what temperature you want it to be at, and it will beep once it is done! It will keep beeping until you turn it off. Perfect for cooking steak! The meat thermometer is great as well, it is magnetic so we have it on the side of our air fryer oven. It turns on automatically when you unfold it which is nice and is easily readable. These also came with a guide for temperatures you can put on the inside of your cupboard for easy reference. Really happy with these!
