My husband didn't think he needed this on a hiking trip... but was quickly persuaded. It's lightweight and the metal was durable. Didn't dent or scratch when dropped. It's only 1L so please take notice of the size. It's so helpful on a weekend trip or short hike.

This teapot is good, not amazing not great but good. Holds maybe two cups of water and is smaller than it looks online. The top silicone part on the lid gets very hot but it eventually cools down.

The Alocs 1L camping kettle is very good quality. I have had another kettle from a name brand outdoor equipment company and this kettle seems to be equally as good. This Alocs kettle has a circular ribbed pattern on the bottom or what they call a threaded base. Which the other kettle didn't have. I would think this adds just a bit more surface area to the bottom of the kettle. Allowing the water to heat up just a bit faster. Kind of like a heat ring on a cast iron fry pan. The lid fits nicely, no rocking around. Handle feels sturdy. Nice size for putting in a backpack. As they said, boils water in 3 - 5 minute. So not much reason to be carrying a larger kettle for 1 or 2 people. All around nice water kettle. If you are looking for one, this is a very good option.

This is super cute, it is perfect for camping. It’s made out of a high quality metal, the lid has rubber on the handle so you don’t burn your hand, and it even comes with a cloth bag to store it in. It is completely my fault for not reading the size correctly but it is much smaller than I expected, so make sure to read the description.
