Totally worth the money. I have other Allclad cookware and debated spending the money on this stock pot. I’m so glad I did. It is the amazing quality of all their other products. This pot will last a lifetime. The 16 quart is perfect for my needs. I can make huge batches of sauce plus the strainer will come in handy for cooking crabs and lobster.

This pot is a game changer in my kitchen. The holes on the top make the world of difference. I no longer need to use a colander to strain items and it has been so useful when making a variety of items. Perfect pasta, rice, lentils, beans, you name it. I would recommend all those who love to explore in the kitchen to buy it and try it out. Only drawback is that I wish they had it in a larger size. Other than that its great.

Can't go wrong with All Clad. Beautiful classic cookware. This pasta pot is a great size, great straining lid feature. It doubles as a pot for chili or other large pot needs. Multi function in other words. Cleans easily, definitely strong and sturdy quality as you'd expect.

Der Topf sieht sehr hochwertig aus. Der Deckel hat seine vor und Nachteile. Er passt leider nur auf diesen Topf. Allerdings kann man die Nudeln Problem abseihen ohne dass der Deckel vom Topf runterfällt. Leider ist die Qualität des Topfes nicht so gut. Nach dem ersten abschrecken der Nudeln wurde der Boden uneben. Dies wird auch beim erwärmen nicht besser. Auch ganz offiziell drauf, dass der Topf made in China ist.

I received a defective pot. It looked brand new and unopened, no dents or scratches to speak of, but the thick, clad bottom piece has a noticeable gap between it and the rest of the pot on one side. It looked like it was welded or attached slightly off center. The other side had a tight seal with no gap. Attaching photos of both sides. I'm returning this one and re-ordering the same item, so will update review later. Seems great other than the defect, which is why I am trying again.*Update*I sent the defective pot back, and ordered a new one. The second one arrived recently. The box looked as though it has been previously opened, but the contents was in great shape. I used the pot/strainer this weekend to make a big batch of turkey stock. Works great! Strainer basket makes it much easier to pull the bones and other simmering ingredients out of the stock.

I love this pan. It is heavy and well made. It washes up so easy. The strainer makes it easy to drain your pasta or fresh veggies. I just bought the double boiler to go along with this great pan

Perfect size for cooking pasta or boiling potatoes. Love the lid for draining water, it locks to the pot and is secure when pouring, works so well. I love it.

I do a lot of steaming of organic vegetables and was using whatever I found at a discount store.The other day I searched Amazon and am grateful I found this beautiful "quality" 8 quart piece to partner with me daily as I passionately create and cook healthy delicious nutritious foods.I am single and cook for an army, lol.The quality is superior and can endure up to 600 degrees!No burning the bottom of the pot and steamed with ease!I love the line measurements engraved inside the pot!Provided the perfect amount of water for the steaming! My Brussel sprouts, butter squash, broccoli steamed perfectly and the bright colors remained.The weight is perfect and I look forward to cooking pastas! The functionality so easy! The pot looks/feels/weighs like typical All-Clad quality. However, made in China vs PA so that’s a consideration. But, the pot seems to heat faster than other All-Clads on my induction cooktop.
