Installed in maybe 5 min and they're pretty bright.I can't speak to longevity but they're at least 4x brighter and 6000k, which is much better than the 3000k OEM

Very easy installation using a 10mm wrench and duct tape. Much brighter than stock. Get em.

Nice bright white light, but triggers the "bulb out" error occasionally on the Audi A4 B8 (2011). I have no desire to put a huge heat-generating load resistor in parallel to the wiring, so I have no choice but to return them.

These are great lights, I have used them on other vehicles, but they do not work correctly with the 2021 Chevy Equinox. They stay on even when driving. Also the reverse camera will not shut off with these installed and you then can not use the radio. This issue must be due to the reverse lights are connected with the camera and maybe a signal is causing this. I have purchased both the regular and these (CAN-BUS) ALLA LED lights which are supposed to be error free but still has issues.

The stock backup bulbs in my 2018 Silverado were useless. I prefer using my mirrors when backing up and I couldn't see a thing behind me at night, much less anything to the side. Even the backup camera display was too dark to see what was behind me. After searching around I decided on these LED bulbs. The difference, no pun intended, is like night and day. These lamps illuminate to the rear and off to the side enough that I can see any objects that may be close. The backup camera vision has increased at least 10 fold.Installation was easy, and contrary to several other reviews here, the lamps plugged in with no issues and fit the sockets securely.

Plug and play in my 2018 Tacoma. Instructions for removing the tail light assembly can be easily found online. Note that you do not have to disconnect the assembly itself; it will remain attached via cables. Disconnect the rear bulb connector then rotate the light bulb assembly out of its socket. Only the halogen bulb itself needs to be removed. The mounting assembly will remain as is and these lights plug right in. As far as I can tell, polarity (which way you plug it in) does not matter. Recommend you disconnect the negative terminal from your battery while doing any electrical work, even something as simple as swapping some bulbs. Reverse the steps to put everything back together. These lights add much need illumination while in reverse and, since they project white light, make things even easier to see. The difference is night and day (pun intended) between these lights and the stock halogens. This is an affordable mod to any vehicle to get a safer picture while in reverse. If you have a backup camera, the benefits are even more noticeable.

I used these to replace my reverse lights and cargo lights in my Silverado. The swap out is easy and can be done by anyone who has 15 minutes and a torx bit screwdriver. They look great. They are much brighter and crisper than the factory bulbs. I’d like to give 4.5 stars with my only concern being they don’t fit quite as snugly as the factory bulbs so I’m not sure if a particularly big pothole or other bump can potentially knock them loose. I will update if it does.

Bought these LED lights for my 2018 Subaru Forester Touring. We were dismayed to find the vehicle has a low resolution back facing camera that despite making software adjustments image was poor at night. Added to the problem was the factory backup light bulbs did not illuminate adequately at all. I am pleased that these replacement LED lights have improved both the camera image and distance of illumination at night. Well worth the cost and effort to install LED's.Note on the installation effort. The diameter of backup light socket for the Subaru was slightly smaller than the width of the LED bulb's plastic plug. But we were able to get the LED lights to work. It required gently (and I stress gently) using a fine metal file on the sides to slightly narrow the plastic plug a little at a time. In a few minutes we were able to push the plug all the way into the socket. Adding this note as an FYI since I realize this may only be a problem on the Subaru and not on other vehicle models or makes.
