Running in Daytime running lamps in 2002 gmc, been good for 3 months so far. The first LED ones I found that didn't burn out in a week.

Would this work on an older car? It did on mine. No computer monitoring so no dashboard errors. Just swap and go.

Absolutely plug and play. I installed the new LRD bulbs in the daytime, when I turned them on I was disappointed in the output. Shame on me, that night when I went out for the evening and tuned on my lights after dark, was I surprised at the output of the new LRDs, they are almost a spotlight type beam. They are exactly what I needed.

They work great and are bright but there is no lights on tip and you can't see that in the picture also they only have one replacement size for many bulbs

Not what I ordered. Not as pictured. I received a 3157 lamp that has a different LED configuration. While the 3157 that was sent says on the package that it is a replacement for 4114, I ordered the 4114 because of the number of LEDs they have. They are also the lamps that are specified for my application. I will be using these lamps for Daytime Running Lights and I only hope that they work until I can find a reliable vendor to sell me the 4114 lamps I ordered. I may revisit this review after I install these lamps and see if they are as bright as the current LED lamps I am using. In the mean time I am skeptical.The attached photo shows the item received.UPDATED: 03 JUN 2018I said I would give an update and here is my findings.I installed these yesterday and was pleasantly surprised how well they worked in my after market fixtures on my 2005 Silverado truck. The light was even and brighter in daylight than the cheap import LED lamps I was using. I still wonder if the 4114 lamps would have been better. I'll keep these in until they need replacement.

They didn't work not sure if it was my error. But I did install two new regular bulbs and they work.
