Works good, allows the camera to run without changing the batteries. The camera recognizes these as batteries and have had zero issues. The cord is long and is flat so it easily fits in the crack of the door.

I was excited to receive this item so I don’t have to keep spending money on batteries. But…the Blue battery was built upside down. The positive side of the battery does not make contact with the other end.I flipped the battery and it does work. Now the issues is it doesn’t fit in the case properly. The cord is meant to go the other direction. I can’t close and secure the Ring Doorbell.

Works great for me. No more changing batteries all the time. My doorbell is located in an awkward spot to hard wire it so this was a great alternative for my needs. Cord length is plenty long. I've had it for some time now with no issues. Seems to be a decent quality product for the price.

I asked a question about the front of doorbell not snapping together after putting the adapter in, the battery compartment cover wouldn't stay on either.Well, here is what I did and it worked out perfectly!I wanted it to plug into an outlet on the inside wall, so it looked clean and neat outside.On the backplacte for the doorbell, there is a rectangular cutout where the wires run from the indoor chime. We used a 1/2" long drill bit and in that area, we made a hole from outside to inside. We also cut a slit in the battery cover for the wire to go through. We pulled the wire through and then I had some cord hiders that I put the wire in and ran them along the trim of the door and across the top of the baseboard on the wall to the plug. I put some white duct tape I had over the hole until I can chalk it. Since I am an old female, I can come up with the ideas, but can't always do the job. HAHA Don't get me wrong, I do a lot of tasks myself and I am not afraid to try, but sometimes, I need to use my......call a friend! Absolutely no wires outside and clean inside. Everything now snaps in place as it should.The adapter works perfectly and I can still live view, don't know why some can't. If you have a Blink Video Doorbell, this will be the best purchase you will ever make, so buy the adapter!!

I was hoping this cable would take my camera out of response mode. But, it does not. At least I don’t have to replace the batteries.

So glad I don’t have to worry about batteries! This will save so much money in the long run. And the cable is flat and thin, so this works well with my door mount even with the backplate on and screwed tight. The cord is also perfect length for what I needed. Definitely worth the money!
