I bought the chair from wayfair called the "deangelo ergonomic office chair" but of course they change the names of the items so there was no finding parts for this. Thankfully these showed up after searching for white armrest replacements for a year. Very easy installation. I reused the Philips head screws from my original set, but these come with hex screws and a key. Photo of the underside shows this item on the left and the original on the right. The workmanship is a bit messier, but you don't see the underside so no big deal.
