This product is a big relief for me as I work from home, and dont have to use headphones for long meetings. This speaker with inbuilt microphone is very well built with excellent audio/sound quality and it cut down lots of background noise to a great extent. The best part is its affordable, easy to setup and carry anywhere. Its compatible with any audio/video apps like Teams, Skype, Webex, Zoom etc.

This speaker phone is great. I use it at work. I use it at home. Great power supply to use with PC during teams call, play music, watch movie, use with iphone, use with ipad. with iphone and ipad it shows the charge of speaker phone on the iphone and ipad. Sound and noise cancellation exceptional for price. Hey I paid $44. It has been working great even in the car and pass it to person who wants to talk and not the phone or ipad. just great all around.

I've used the 'AV Access A5' for about 3 years and been very happy with it. The only issue was I had to manually turn on bluetooth, then manually connect to it. Fine for a conference room, but not so much for home office where you want to just power it on and take a call.I've tried and returned about three other conference speakers in the last couple of weeks in search of an 'upgrade'. 2 were too loud (the minimum volume too loud to be sat next to) and the other with a single mic wasn't good enough quality.This Airhug is also a single mic, but it doesn't suffer from quality issues. The mic is to the top-left, away from me, but it still picks my voice up with clarity.I was also concerned about the 'Acoustic Signal' announcing 'power on' and 'bluetooth connected' etc, but a) it's not excessively loud and b) you can disable it as documented in the manual '4.5 ... the acoustic signal can be shut down or turned on manually, please long press [for 3 seconds] the call button'.On the volume, the Airhug still is too loud at it's minimum setting, HOWEVER, it's volume is independent of the volume of Windows. When it connects, Windows adjusts the volume to maximum automatically, but it is just a click to reduce the Windows volume to 50/30%, this then leaves the range of volume available to me using the Airhug volume buttons to be just what I need.It sounds great also for it's intended purpose, which is for voices to be clear. Those I've returned might sound better for music, but for voice, they suffered by making voices too boomy (in the bass) to be comfortable to listen to. The Airhug is just what I needed.It does unfortunately pick up clicks and typing, and this should score against it, but in practice, when using Teams, Teams filters out these noises for you.

This comes is a small hard case which i did not expect.For a small little item, the clarity and loudness amazed me. I've used it on my laptop, surface pro, phone and when we watch a movie thru FaceTime with my son who is in college so he can hear the tv better. It really has a good battery as well! Very easy to set up!

This speaker/mic is awesome. Crystal clear sound from the speaker itself. As far as the mic everyone says they can hear me great. Its small and very compact I can take it anywhere with me which is very nice. Completely plug and play and that makes setup a breeze. Works great with Microsoft teams and Pandora!worth every penny!

Haven't used the microphone part yet, but I hooked it up.It was easy, to install.Worked right away and great sound coming out of the speaker.So I am excited about the next time.I will be able to use the microphone for microsoft meeting!!

I recently purchased the AIRHUG Conference Speaker and Microphone for my home office setup. Overall, it’s an okay product. The speaker quality is decent, but I found the volume to be too low for my needs. Even at maximum volume, it was difficult to hear clearly during conference calls. The microphone, however, works well and picks up my voice accurately. If the speaker volume were improved, this would be a much better product.

Simple to get started and love the fact that I don't have to us a headset any longer. Great sound and can walk around my office and talk, people hear me clearly. Awesome product! Would recommend to anyone!

Audio is a bit low. As we r using it in a noisy place, even with full volume, it is still bit low, but ok. We a r eusing usb connectivity, many times it needs a reset (unplug and replug) to use the connection. It connects quickly though.Overall good, bit expensive.

This product was smaller than I expected. That said, I really didn’t pay attention to the dimensions of the product. Advertise as a conference speaker for a room I expected something a bit bigger and louder. I’m using it for MS Teams meetings so I don’t have to use my headphones and maybe not hear complaints that people can’t hear me when using the PC mic. So far everyone says I sound good. But the speaker volume is to the max and if I was in an open room I don’t think it would be a good enough. It is working for my needs but it didn’t meet my expectations. If the volume was a bit higher then I would say that the speaker would be perfect.Update ** I returned the speaker because after been on a conference where I’m the presenter for a few minutes, I would get complaints that my voice would sound robotic and I had to switch back to the PC mic or use the headphones. **

This speaker/microphone was wonderful and worked perfectly for the first several months. Speaker quality was wonderful and clear and my microphone worked really well and eliminated external sounds as well. It was absolutely perfect for those first few months and I was very happy.But within six months i had complete failure. The sound quality no longer works at all. It doesn't work when plugged in or via bluetooth. I am on an apple computer and my operating system is completely up to date. I have shutdown and restarted both the computer and the speaker/microphone and nothing resolves it. When I go to my orders to see about reaching out to the vendor I only have the option to self troubleshoot and I have tried all of the steps and nothing works.For the price I would have expected this to work for more than a few months.I use this with my macbook pro which is on the latest OS.
