Seeing the price this item commands, I was expecting a bit more of a bump in mic quality than what I experienced. Strictly as a conference call speakerphone, this is pretty good. It's very well made, looks serious, and has a lot of functionality. It's also dead simple to use. My hope was that maybe this would be a bit more professional in terms of video conferencing from home than the XLR mic I have on a boom in front of my face. And it does do that well. The mics are sensitive and they do indeed pick you up easily.Unfortunately, after a few recordings to test quality, I was surprised at just how tinny it sounded. I did NOT expect this to sound as good as a good dynamic mic running via XLR through my recording interface, but when factoring in the price, I guess I assumed this would sound at least a little bit better than it does. All in all, this really is an excellent choice for those that need a better mic than what is built into their laptops or webcams. It's super easy to use, which counts for a lot, and it does the job for sure. For me personally though, I just don't like how the mic sounds and will be going back to my trusty XLR mic for video calls.

I read the other reviews so far and feel like I must be doing something wrong. I've used this in three calls now and in all three cases the people on the other said they "could hear about every other word" coming from my end. There was a lot of breaking up. My other quibble is that I had a hard time getting the Bluetooth to work initially but now it works fine. The speaker, on the other hand, I love. Really nice sound and plenty of volume in a medium-sized conference room. As others have noted, the build quality is exceptional. The LED lights are bright and informative and the soft-touch buttons are easy to use.

This Bluetooth speaker has excellent quality and versatility. It can be paired with a conference computer or phone. In the center of a conference table, it can pick up voices from far away with excellent noise cancellation to clean up the sound. The sound from the speaker is strong and clear as well. This is an impressive and versatile speaker/microphone that is built for the conference room environment.

This cutting-edge gadget Bluetooth Spaekerphone has seamless connections, great voice pickup, and improved noise reduction, making it an indispensable instrument for productive and clear conference calls in both home and workplace environments. The exceptional potential to take up sound from all 360 degrees is this conference speakerphone's defining characteristic. The apparatus is fitted with 8 microphones that have been positioned in such a way as to record voices coming from all directions. The speakerphone guarantees that my voice is captured in an undistorted and accurate manner regardless of where I am located in relation to the device, whether I am immediately in front of it or across the room. For my work conference calls, this speakerphone has been a game-changer. Colleagues have praised the clarity of my voice, and it excels at capturing audio from all corners of the room during group discussions. One standout feature is the easy Bluetooth pairing, allowing me to connect my phone quickly. This has been incredibly convenient, enabling me to stay connected and engaged during meetings, even when I'm on the move.

I can say that others on the calls indicated my voice quality was perfect and I can tell that when I want to speak I am heard now. No more breaking up, or cancelling by my phone. It also has a red light when muted and Blue/white light when not muted. Easy to mute/unmute from the device (or the application of zoom / teams as usual). I just plugged it into my laptop USB port and it worked immediately, nothing to install or configure. I put it in a cell phone stand for easier visual and button pushing. I highly recommend this product.

Very happy with this item. It was so easy to set up, just plug it into your PC. Good sound clarity and cancels out background noises. The sound quality and the ability to easily adjust the volume makes this a must for anyone who has difficulty hearing. My hearing is greatly limited, but this speaker provides the voice tone I need to hear everything being said.

I was in the market for a new portable conference speaker for my portable traveling office. I looked over this one's specs and decided to order it. What I got is more than what I had bargained for. With 8 mics, dual speakers and 4 methods of input, this is a conference speaker on steroids. From the moment I unpacked it, I knew this wasn't your run of the mill conference speaker. The build quality and the design set it it apart. The case is metal not ABS plastic. The speaker grill is also metal, not fabric. The speaker is actually 2 speakers (much like bookcase HiFi speakers) one low frequency speaker and a high frequency speaker and the system picks up two drivers and if you're using BT, there are 2 bluetooth connections. The speaker has 6 controls. The Bluetooth and the power controls are mechanical switches while the mute, call control and the volume up/down are electronic touch controls. There are 4 ways to connect to the speaker. USB-C, Bluetooth, NFC and using the supplied 2.4GHz dongle. I connected to my phone using BT and to my desktop using the USB connection. The speaker connects flawlessly and the sound quality is superb. Since it has 8 mics and good sound localization circuitry I was able to pace during calls and others were able to hear me loud and clear.I've used the speaker for conference calls on both my phone and computer as well as zoom video sessions. It's a pleasure to work with. The one disappointment is that since it's built like a serious piece of electronics I feel like it's too heavy to use as a portable device. I think I will use my old conference speaker as a portable and this will become my office speaker phone.
