There is no more than very basic information on the Air Quality Monitor. The small sheet included states "For questions/support, please contact us", but there no information as to who to contact for help. I wanted to change the temperature reading to Fahrenheit instead of Celsius and was not able to do it. Other than that monitor seems to be accurate and easy to read.
