Ensure your creations are bone dry before use - this can take up to 3 or 4 days depending on the size and thickness of your piece. Apply two layers of varnish for best results. Allow 12 hours to fully cure.

This air dry clay glaze is clear and gives a beautiful gloss finish to my pieces, giving them a finish look.One of the first things I noticed is how easy it is to apply. The consistency is just right, not too thick or too runny, which makes it simple to brush on. I’ve used it on several projects now, including small figurines and decorative bowls, and each time it has left a smooth, even coat that enhances the colors and details of the clay.Another great thing about this glaze is that it’s waterproof. I made a few coasters as gifts, and knowing that the varnish provides a water-resistant finish gives me peace of mind. It really holds up well even when exposed to moisture, which is a huge plus.The drying time is pretty quick too. I usually let my pieces sit overnight, and by the next day, they’re ready to handle and display. There is an odor but it is not overpowering.I also love that the varnish is non-toxic, so it's safe to use even if you have kids around. My niece loves to help me with my clay projects, and I don’t have to worry about her being exposed to any harmful chemicals.

I have recently been experimenting making miniature vases and dishes (1/12th scale) out of air dry clay on a small potter's wheel. When I was finished making a few, I didn't know what to glaze them with since I couldn't fire the clay in a kiln. This product gave me the perfect solution. The bottle is small but perfect for what I needed to glaze. I was able to decorate my tiny items however I wished, then applied the clear glaze for a nice, fired pottery look. I am looking forward to experimenting more now with different designs on my miniature pottery and finishing it with this glaze to make them look more realistic. I am glad I found it.

This product does not work as it says! It says it's a glass varnish but if you get it wet the Finish is ruined! Horrible product not worth $16! You get a tiny handful in a small bottle and it does not varnish! Don't buy!

Flakes and it is filmy and rubs off unevenly. The bottle is also extremely small for the price.

This clear glaze gave my air dry clay pieces a beautiful glossy finish, and I'm very satisfied with how they look. It's easy to get a smooth, even coating when applied with a brush. It makes the colours of the clay appear very vibrant, and even a bit darker. I found that it dried very quickly – the pieces are dry to the touch in about 12 hours, and fully dry in 24 hours.I would have liked there to be some kind of instructions and documentation included – I don't like that there's no indication of the ingredients in the bottle.
