This unit worked as expected. It is powerful, not too heavy, and picked everything up. I really like the features. It replaces a unit with a long twisted, annoying power cord, so I love the simplicity of just charging it up and let it do its job. My pool is a curvy natural shape pool and this unit had no problem. I am very happy with it and consider it an investment.

This device does very well cleaning the bottom of my pool. Great suction and cleaning pattern. Nothing left and I mean nothing left behind on the pool floor. However if your pool has multiple entry areas , tanning ledge, courtesy ledge, extended benches or anything of the sort the Scuba S1 pro may struggle to climb the walls and or clean waterline as advertised. It would have been of 5 star but it gives up halfway through climbing the wall if it is tiered. I understand not cleaning the steps/ledge that is expected. It climbs the wall once in 13 hrs of cleaning!

Battery doesn't last long enough to clean the pool. Husband replaced the corded cleaner with this, pool hasn't been completely clean a single day since

I have a large pool. I was so impressed that I bought 2 of these to work both sides of the pool. No more need to brush, vacuum, or use the net. Does excellent on scrubbing the tile too. Not that good on the stairs but everything else is great. What a timesaver!! This gas a lot of power and the battery lasts a long time too. Cordless is the way to go!

I didn't realize how dirty by pool had slowly become after paying for weekly service for a caged in-ground pool for 5 years. I initially thought Sally (as I named it) was ruining the pebble tek since there were suddenly streaks on the bottom but soon realized that the streaks were the original color! She does sometimes get stuck on the drain but sorts herself out after a few minutes. Also, my sun shelf seems to be too shallow but she does climb the stairs and walls nicely and gives the waterline a good scrub. The addon power charging stand is worth the $100 - just easier to lift out and put her on it vs. dealing with plugging her in & having to remember to put the plug over the outlet back on. I do wish they would make a cover since the blue charging light is quite bright at night but I simply cover it with a pool towel.

Comes in a solid box from manufacturer, when opened the first thing you see is a contact list for users in France, Netherlands, Australia, US, and Canada.First impressions are of high quality and workmanship. Good looking machine – sleek modern, not a lot of embellishments, very sharp. We have a medium sized concrete pool, kidney shaped.Comes with a handy hook you can attach to a pool pole to retrieve the unit from bottom. Very handyIt doesn’t come charged, but is easy to plug in (only fits one way) and because of the on board light indicators, it’s easy to see when it is fully charged. There is a how-to manual that you can access via a QR code but it is just a sales pitch and doesn’t tell you anything at all.The associated app to operate the Aiper was easy enough to download and install. My only frustration is the choice of colors – the use of teal or aquamarine with white makes it hard to read some of the text, especially on a brighter day. The app provides you with a variety of cleaning options… Just the floor, just the walls, just the water line to remove scum, or everything. I have not seen that kind of flexibility on my previous cleaners. It was fully charged within an hour and a half, I threw it into the pool, and it worked like a charm. You can not change any settings once it is in the pool as Bluetooth does not penetrate the water. You have to pick your cleaning options before you throw it in.When selecting the full pool option, it starts with the walls and does a decent job. Goes up and down, moving a couple of feet every time. After what I assume is a certain time or power limit, it moves to the floor. In my case, it went around 1 ½ times, then spent the remainder of the time on the bottom. One time it got stuck on the ladder to exit the pool. It hit one of the legs going up and tilted slightly, came down at an angle, so it came up and hit the same spot again and acing. A second cleaning proved issue free. The steps leading into the pool were no issue – it climbed them, retreated, and moved on.A really nice feature… one time the Aiper finished cleaning in the dark. It keeps a red light on so you can find it, and as a bonus, it moves to the side of the pool for easy extraction. Huge bonus. The Aiper cleaned the pool very well, it took about 2 hours. It seems to alternate clockwise and counterclockwise when cleaning which helps to get random areas. The dirt filter (and secondary micro filter) are sturdy and well made. Easy to clean. The primary filter was so good there was no evident material in the micro filter.Pros: Solid, well designed. Easy to use. Works well.Con: Lack of randomness means it can get stuck. Occasionally needs to be poked to move over.

Had the smaller/cheaper scuba and It didn't pick up fine dirt. Aiper was very easy to work with for the return and we purchased this one. Definitely does the job well. It's a bit heavier than the other one but well worth the additional money.

I purchased this after trying a $100 robot vacuum that just went in circles in the deep end. The $100 vacuum covered more ground this one goes back and forth in the same straight line.10 times the price, and although it does the walls great, this one doesn't just get stuck in the deep end but won't do circles or even triangles. It does the same line back and forth. I had to pick it up and move it to the shallow end 3 times where it missed tons of dirt (see wide intervals in photo) and continuously got stuck each time doing same line back and forth in the deep end again. The pool is nowhere near the size of the robots capability and only 6ft deep.Id hate to have to return it because there wasn't much out there that said it would be any better. Might just have to baby sit it every time I use it but absolutely not worth the money. If you have a curvy pool or kidney shaped pool, maybe the old school suction vacuum is better idea. I'm really surprised and disappointed. I read at least one review from a kidney shaped pool owner that said this vacuum was great.Practically useless since it spends less than a few minutes anywhere in the pool besides the same back and forth line in the deep end.I'm so embarrassed given how excited I was for it to arrive and racing about it to my neighbor when we watched it climb the walls. Now I have to tell them how its actually completely useless.Saddest joke of a robot vacuum. Sure the filtration is really nice. It got green algae it has 2 different filters. It does the walls great but the floor is A COMPLETE EMBARRASSMENT JOKE

I like that it uses an S pattern to clean the walls and floors. My Dolphin would just randomly go wherever. No cable is a plus too. It uses half it's power on the walls and the other half on floor. It did have a bit of a problem going over the nozzles and lights. Due to these issues it wasted a little more of its battery and didn't finish all the walls. Was about 2 ft short of doing the entire pool. If just doing the floor, I have to place it so it doesn't clean diagonally of my rectangular pool. If it does that then it gets stuck in the corners. It handled my steps surprisingly well. I did have to go back with my brush to clean some of the areas it missed. Mostly wanted this for the patterned cleaning of the floor. Got warranty money from my Dolphin robot and put it to this one so it was basically free. It has about a 3hr battery life.
